30villa Rd is ideal for families with kids, as it has enough garden space and an inflatable swimming pool, which can be provided upon request.
30Villa Rd is equipped with comfortable sofas and a small dining area ideal for a romantic twilight dinner!
A flat-screen TV, Wi-fi, and cable are also provided.
The kitchen includes all necessary utensils and pots for adventurous cooks!
The house appliances include a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine, and a kettle.
Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, basin, hairdryer, and free toiletries.
All the rooms of the house, as well as the sitting area, have air-conditioning units.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
