Beautifully decorated, one bedroom, one bath apartment located in the heart of the historic district. Beautiful exposed brick walls accents the feel of this historic building with all the modern conveniences. Located inside a secure building on Broughton Street, the heart of the shopping district, this fabulous one-bedroom apartment awaits you and your guest. A long hall leads to the kitchen where you will find all new, stainless-steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your use. The kitchen has an eat in dining area and is adjacent to the living room, where you can sit back and enjoy T.V. or just relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer to make your longer stays more convenient. A beautifully decorated bedroom awaits you at the end of the day. King size, fitted with a very comfortable mattress and fine linens, and no windows, this bedroom is the perfect place to get a good night's rest. The bathroom is such as nicely decorated, with a great tub and shower combo and a new granite counter/sink top for getting ready to hit the street again!

Great location. Lovely charming historic studio apartment. Everything you need included. Be aware it is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Host was very responsive when we had a minor question. Definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment with an incredible location. We literally parked our car and didn’t pick it up for two days. We were able to walk everywhere. I had a question for the management company, and it was answered almost immediately. We used the MLK parking garage, and our car was safe for three days. Because the apartment is right in the middle of everything, there was some street noise, but it didn’t bother us while we slept. Just an overall great stay!

The location was perfect! We walked to everything! The condo was beautiful! It was clean overall, but could’ve stood a closer look in the bathroom. We had a great time and found our favorite coffee shop down the road. However, a starter of coffee in the condo would’ve been appreciated! Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on W. Broughton Street! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of downtown Savannah and one block- easy walking distance to City Market Savannah, with plenty of shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars nearby. We were in town to see the Savannah Bananas play, and this was the perfect home base for our trip.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in because Savannah parking can be tricky. We parked in front of the building and for overnight we parked in the parking garage about 3 blocks down - it's an easy walk. The building felt secure and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah — we’d definitely stay here again!

Exploring Savannah

Stayed here for a couple days after being in Charleston and then in the Riverwalk District. Loved the easy walking distance to everything, and especially loved the darkness of the bedroom … slept like a rock!
