This is a delightful, uncomplicated property. It had everything we needed, was a 3 mins walk from the beach and set in lovely surroundings.

Lovely villa, super beaches

A charming villa, well hidden away, we had a wonderful time there. The villa is well equipped, and the ceiling fans kept us cool enough in early July. The closest beach is a gem, and there are many others within easy reach. On arrival we had difficulty finding the villa as the sign is quite hidden, particularly if there’s a car in the parking place, so suggest you ask for a map. If you get to the tennis court you’ve gone too far!

Charming house at a perfect location

The house is located at 1-2 minutes walking distance (150m) from the wonderful beach of Santa Giulia. Like many other reviews on HomeAway already mention: the house is even more charming and comfortable than shown on the pictures. We felt at home immediately. The location of the residence is just priceless – located at one of Corsica’s most beautiful spots at walking distance. The same goes for a small supermarket, sandwich-shop and pizzeria (while the big supermarkets are just located at 10 minutes driving distance). Also having your car privately parked in front of the house is such comfort. Not to forget the very enjoyable garden / terrace - which is also fully accommodated and totally private. Before and after our daily excursions and visits to the beaches (the famous beach of Palombaggia is also just a 10 minute drive away) we spend most of the time in the garden. The big tree, broad spectrum of plants and typical Corsican rocks: we just loved it. We even saw a turtle here! In conclusion: we (2 pers.) had a fantastic stay at this comfortable accommodation and would fully recommend it to anyone. The owner was absolutely great in communication: the booking-process went flawless and at arrival/departure everything went according agreement. Thank you for having us, we will surely return the next time we visit Corsica!

Excellent renter, very reliable and respectful of the house. They kept the house and its surrounding area clean and tidy. They were very responsible and timely in their payments and communication. I am pleased to say that they were excellent people and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any renting.

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön gelegen unweit vom Strand. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und die schöne große Terrasse lag versteckt und war privat für uns. Die Größe des Hauses war für uns, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Grundschulkinder perfekt. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, wobei die Pfannen ausgetauscht werden sollten.Restaurants gibt es in verschiedenen Preiskategorien und ein kleiner Laden ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Strandnähe sehr genossen.

Das Haus hat einen abgeschirmten Garten. Sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Minimarkt geht man circa 3 Minuten. Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr schön, aber schmal.Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist einfach und etwas zusammengewürfelt.

Borgo in 70's

La location Borgo c'est un voyage dans les 70's ! L'emplacement est idéal, à 3' à pied de la superbe plage de Santa Giulia mais la location est vraiment perfectible. L'accès plage et l'absence de vis-à-vis avec les voisins sont les 2 points forts. Le style de la location est assez vieillot et l'équipement aussi. Un vrai rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu. Le nécessaire est là mais des améliorations simples rendraient ce logement idéal. Une climatisation mieux répartie (trop froid dans le salon pour pouvoir rafraîchir la chambre qui a juste un vieux ventilateur de plafond très bruyant...) éviterait de laisser la porte ouverte entre la chambre parentale et le salon où dorment les enfants. Les nuits n'en seraient que meilleures ! Un équipement de ménage un peu plus performant permettrait de mieux entretenir le logement pendant le séjour.

Merci pour votre avis, Le style de la maison a été volontairement gardé proche de l'original tout en respectant la tradition de la demeure et plus généralement la tradition corse. En revanche, le style de la maison est bien documenté par les plus de 50 photos publiées sur le portail VRBO/Abritel. De plus, l'emplacement du système de climatisation a été déterminé par des besoins techniques spécifiques. La maison est dotee d’equipement ultramoderne, qui comprennent une cuisine moderne, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge recemment installee, une TV 40” de dermiere generation, une connexion satellite pour TV et Internet et une espace extérieur conçu ; autrement dit, une maison où histoire et modernité se marient parfaitement. Schöner als die Beschreibung

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt waren wir positiv überrascht. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung haben dies nicht erwarten lassen. Es handelt sich um eine Ferienhausanlage, die durch eine Schranke abgeschirmt ist. Die Terasse und der uneinsehbare Garten war viel größer als gedacht. Außendusche. Der nahegelegene Strand war grandios. Nah genug um in der Wohnung zwischendurch Getränke zu holen. Kleiner Nachteil: Wenn man nicht zu den luxuriösen Restaurants geht kann man dort abends nichts machen.

Perfekter Urlaub!!

Es waren sehr schöne 2 Wochen!! Lage war perfekt mit Kind - 3 Minuten zum Meer. In der Bucht kann man lange entlang auf einem sehr schönen Sandstrand spazieren gehen. Das Appartment liegt sehr ruhig mit einer sehr grossen, gemütlichen Terrasse ohne Einblick. Praktisch war auch die Dusche auf der Terrasse, nach dem Baden. Ausgestattet mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, ausserdem einer verschliessbaren Bergula als Sonnenschutz. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Betreuung. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison et résidence conformes au descriptif

Plage de rêve à cinq minutes de la location, au milieu des chênes liège. Très bon séjour que je recommande sans réserve. Un bémol toutefois : il faudrait impérativement joindre un plan détaillé d'accès à la résidence une fois la réservation confirmée. En effet, il est très difficile de ne pas se perdre lorsque l'on arrive par la route avec un véhicule de location dont on ignore le fonctionnement du navigateur, et que le nom de la résidence n'est pas bien reconnu par votre smartphone. On économiserait beaucoup de temps et d'énervement, car les panneaux indicateurs routiers sont souvent insuffisants, voire absents en Corse.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in super Lage

Wir sind als Familie mit 3 Kindern verreist. Die Lage direkt am Strand war für uns daher optimal. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

L’appartement est idéalement situé -plage à pied- dans une résidence fermée. Il est climatisé et comporte toutes les commodités. Un regret : Les moustiques nous ont empêchés de profiter des deux terrasses extérieures pourtant sympathiques.

Nahe am Meer

Das Haus liegt inmitten einer Siedlung im ehemaligen Korkeichenwald, nahe an der schönen Bucht. Wir genossen das einfach eingerichtete Haus, das Meer und die schöne Landschaft. Wir schätzten es sehr, dass wir nicht immer mit dem Auto an den Strand fahren mussten. Die Anfahrt klappte schlecht, weil wir uns auf die Info des Navi verliessen und nicht auf den Anfahrtsbeschrieb von Fewo-direkt.

Toller Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles hat gepasst und war sehr gemütlich. Unsere 12-jährigen Zwillingsmädchen haben auf den Ausziehcouches super geschlafen. Aber für die Zunkunft bräuchten sie wohl etwas mehr Privatsphäre. Die Nähe zum Strand ist ein grosses Plus. Der Strand ist einfach wunderschön. Traumhaft. Das einzige was uns etwas gestöhrt hat, ist eine Disco mitten im Quartier, welche zT. bis morgen um 5.00Uhr angedauert hat. Auch wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes zweimal mitten in der Nacht (2.00Uhr) Feuerwerk gezündet. Wenn man damit umgehen kann, steht einem Traumurlaub nichts im Wege.

Excellent séjour

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons apprécié la plage à proximité à pied. La maison est fonctionnelle et très calme. Idéal pour des vacances à 2. Le propriétaire a été très attentif à nos remarques/questions.

Cadre verdoyant et mer à proximité !

Très bien située, calme sans vis-à-vis, bien équipée avec belle terrasse très agréable (ancienne mérite d'être rénovée) ambiance chaleureuse, 2mn à pied de la plage idéale en saison estivale.

ne pas y aller .NUL;

Maisonnette sale et mal entretenue avec des odeurs de vieux meubles qui sentent le renfermé.Vieux linge de maison qui ont pris l'odeur de la maison sur les étagères.Même après une semaine d'ouverture constante des fenètres notre propre linge a pris l'odeur qui nous a obligé à tout relaver. Pas de télévision pendant 2 jours ,Pas sèche cheveux ,pas de tapis de bain ,pas de torchon. les housses de canapés n'ont pas été nettoyées depuis des siècles ce qui nous a obligé à mettre des serviettes de plage pour nous protéger. Un vieux parasol jonche le sol extérieur L'évacuation de la douche ne se fait pas bien sans compter sur les toilettes qui mette 15 minutes à se remplir. Pour finir la vaisselle complètement dépareillée. Conclusion , ca nous a gaché la semaine.

Nous sommes désolés que le logement n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. A votre arrivée vous avez été déçu car vous vous attendiez à trouver un autre type d'hébergement ; cela était dû au fait que vous n'aviez pas consulté toutes les informations et photos publiées sur le portail avant de faire votre réservation ; ces informations et photos décrivent parfaitement le logement et vous auraient certainement aidé à faire un choix qui correspond le mieux à vos besoins. Votre déception est allée au-delà et vous a amené à rédiger une revue pleine d'inexactitudes et d'exagérations ; par exemple, vous avez mentionné l'ancien parasol (situé dans un coin en attente d'être jeté) et omis de mentionner qu'il y avait un tout nouveau parasol placé sur la terrasse. De plus, vous n'avez jamais mentionné la plupart des problèmes pendant que vous étiez sur place, nous n'avons donc jamais eu la chance de les résoudre rapidement. Nous louons cette maison depuis plus de dix ans et avons toujours reçu d'excellentes critiques et d'excellentes notes.
