Quickly accessible from the Toulouse ring road, the house is also very close to the A 61 motorway towards NARBONNE and the beaches (1 hour 15 minutes from the first beaches in the Mediterranean).

CARCASSONNE and the City are at 3/4 h and MONTPELLIER is 2 h, but also 2 h from BORDEAUX and 1 h from CAHORS -

The PYRENEES and its many walks for walkers are less than 1 hour away and the Cathar country is also waiting for you for beautiful hikes and heritage discoveries (MONTSEGUR - ST BERTRAND DE COMMINGES ...)

The Dordogne and Périgord are quickly accessible from TOULOUSE.
