It is located about twenty kilometers from Toulouse and is adjacent to the Castle Saune located in a green area of ??more than 5 hectares. It offers peace and the environment of the countryside in a remarkable and privileged site. The house and its surroundings were decorated in the spirit of simplicity and authenticity, while preserving the art and rural traditions surrounding Lauragais. The house faces south and has large spaces available to tenants. Just outside the house there is a large green terrace where it is nice to have meals. It is of course also possible to install inside or outside, either in full sun or in the shade of trees, according to the summer heat of the moment. Sun loungers are available to enjoy the tranquility of the afternoon or even to take a nap in the shade of ancient trees. You can access the pool in the courtyard castle-like cloister.

Communcation with the property owner (Edouard) was seemless as the instructions for our arrival and departure were very clear. The guesthouse was spacious, clean and adequate for my family's needs. The swimming pool area was spacious. The owner made sure that a person was sent to clean and disinfect the pool regularly. A welcome gift was left us for our arrival. Edouard was a wonderful host!La comunicación con el propietario (Edouard) fue fluida, ya que las instrucciones para nuestra llegada y salida fueron muy claras. Jolie maison, dépendance d'une maison de maître. Piscine dans un cadre magnifique partagée avec le propriétaire. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le cadre aidant à faire abstraction des problèmes matériels. Attention, les deux chambres sont en enfilade : il faut passer par la chambre parentale pour accéder à la chambre à deux lits.

Nous avons été toutes les nuits piqués par des insectes dont nous n'avons pas trouvé l'origine. Les propriétaires étaient absents donc pas possible de leur en parler. Nous l'avons indiqué à la personne qui nous a fait le check out à notre départ, mais personne ne nous a appelé pour demander des précisions ou s'excuser.

Nous avons grandement apprécié le calme et l'intimité de cette location. La piscine est très belle avec ses pierres d'époque et son enceinte de bâtiments. Idéalement située entre Toulouse Albi et Carcassonne, cette location permet de visiter tout en profitant du calme de la campagne. La petite maison est conforme aux descriptions, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre pour 4, et ce même avec de fortes températures. Bon accueil des propriétaires sur place, présents mais discrets. On a apprécié le calme, la tranquillité relaxante et le cadre reposant de la propriété...déconnectés mais avec un bon wifi (important pour les enfants :D), et les nuits étoilées... et la piscine rafraîchissante comme il faut mais pas froide. Une très bonne semaine à la Conciergerie!

Charmante, entspannende Umgebung in grossartiger Natur mit fast täglichem grossartigem Sonnenuntergansschauspiel. Toulouse, Albi, Carcassonne und viele kleine, typische Dörfer mit liebenswürdigen Menschen und Charakter mit interessnter Architektur und Geschichte sind in erreichbarer Distanz. Canal du Midi- Museum mit Stausee Lac Saint Ferréol und Seuil de Naurouze in der Nähe, um dieses unglaubliche Bauwerk des Ingenieur Baron Riquet aus der Zeit von Louis XIV gebührend verstehen und würdigen zu können, sind gut zu erreichen und mit kleinen Wanderungen zu verbinden. Der Besitzer ist äusserst charmant und herzlich und seine Tipps sind Gold wert. Selbst die Katze Coco und die beiden Wildpferde sind sehr aimable. Wir werden diese Gegend in wunderbarer Erinnerung behalten und hoffen, dass in naher Zukunft die Stadt Toulouse mit ihren einzigartigen Kulturschätzen noch mehr gewürdigt wird und bald zum UNESCO Weltkulturerbe geadelt wird.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette , herzliche Vermieter. Traumhaftes Atrium mit Pool, herrliche Ruhe in wunderschöner Landschaft. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr schön eingerichtet . Erwähnenswert ist, dass die beiden Schlafzimmer aufeinanderfolgen. Das 2.Schlafzimmer hat keinen eigenen Ausgang, sondern liegt hinter dem 1. Schlafzimmer. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Wer die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Das Haus ist sehr alt und rustikal eingerichtet. Wenn man sich für dieses Objekt entscheidet, sollte man jedoch wissen, dass die Sitz- und Liegemöbel für mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen ungeeignet sind.

A paradise in a beautiful surrounding

we spent 14 days in the consiergery of the Saune Chateau - a comfortable house in a beautiful park loke huge garden and a wonderful pool. Edouard and Annette are fantastic hosts.

Quiet and simple

My wife and I stayed 2 weeks in september 2017. The house is situated next to an impressive castle. The environment is rural and hilly and still close enough to Toulouse in case one wants to visit. Nearby are many small typical French villages. Very pleasant helpfull owner who respect privacy very well. Interior of the house is quite simple. For elder people some lazy chairs in and outside would have been nice. Beds are good and we slept well. Satallite TV is very nice. German British as well as Dutch programs can be received

Very quiet rural property

The accommodation is in the extensive grounds of the Chateaux Saune. The holiday was very relaxing and peaceful. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
