Nice oceanfront location, needs updating

Overall, the condo is at a nice ocean front location. There's plenty of pools and chairs with direct access to the beach. The unit has basic amenities for a family of four to stay. We have a member in a wheelchair and found it easy to move around and get to parking across the street. The older tub/shower combos are a challenge for accessibility needs. The unit is a bit dated and beat up in certain areas and could use a bit of refresh beyond the new floors. Everything on the patio is rusted or torn up, but it is a great place to relax and view the beach. There are no beach towels or chairs, so either bring them or buy them. We were disappointed to find the large amount of open weed use in the hallways, elevators, and adjacent balconies, causing us to close the door or go inside several times. Adventure Kingdom is across the street for the kids along with parking. Again, a good place to stay for the price with a few desired enhancements.

Beautiful location Family Friendly

Loved the properties amenities, pool was heated. Mattress in master is a firm mattress, which for my husband was perfect. No problems at all with the unit. It was clean and a wonderful stay.

Great location!

The property delivered as promised - oceanfront view, access to heated pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, fitness facility- everything you could want in a vacation. Minutes away from groceries, department stores and all kinds of attractions. Something for everyone! Highly recommend 😊
