Would highly recommend. Stayed for a week in this extremely well equipped and exceptionally well located apartment. The decor and furnishings are a little dated but perfectly functional. Very easy to get by bus or train to anywhere along the coast or inland but actually most enjoyed spending time in Cagnes-sur-Mer, Haut Cagnes and Cros de Canges. Remember to ask for linen to be supplied if you don’t want to take your own.

Very nice and clean appartment!

We had the last days of our fantastic holiday here, and would absolutely recommend this appartment, and the wiew is fantastic, its a perfekt location for familys with small children as its close to the beach and easy access to public transportation Five stars👌

convenient to airport, sea, groceries, and restaurants. apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and had views of sea and mountains. would definitely return.

Appartement très bien aménagé, rien ne manque pour un séjour agréable, même si un transat serait le bienvenu. La vue est imprenable et les commerçants à quelques mètres, pas besoin de voiture. Vacances de rêve

Très bel appartement, point de vue équipement, il ne manque rien, en plus proche des restaurants et du bord de mer, la gare à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. La personne qui nous a accueillis est tràs serviable, les propriétaires Martine et Patrick Richard, que j’ai contactés par téléphone, sont très à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, merci à eux, nous recommandons.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. L' appartement est très bien placé et très bien équipé .La vue est magnifique, la proximité des commerces et des transports fait que l on peut laisser son véhicule dans le garage fermé en toute sécurité. Martine et Patrick ont pensé à tout de façon à ce que les vacanciers passent un agréable séjour.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und mit den Bussen (15 min Fußweg) kommt man schnell und einfach für 1,50€ nach Nizza, mit den Zug für 10€ ( Hin- und Rückfahrt) an der Küste entlang nach Cannes. Die FeWo hat 2 Balkone, wir genossen es sehr, auf dem gr Balkon mit Blick über die Rennbahn und dem Meer zu frühstücken, ansonsten aßen wir auswärts. Das Auto konnten wir in der Garage parken. Alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Appartement charmant et fonctionnel

Bel appartement très bien situé, une vue dégagée sur le champ de courses ( mon compagnon a apprécié), sur la mer et un beau parc. Tout est fonctionnel et bien pensé, je vous le recommande pour un séjour agréable. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l’écoute. Bref, que du bonheur !

Soggiorno piacevole, la casa si presenta come nelle foto, non sembra un appartamento da affittare, in quanto c'è veramente tutto a anche di più oltre l'immaginazione, come se fosse la propria seconda casa. E' molto spaziosa, vicina al mare e ai negozi. A noi sono piaciuti molto gli spazi che offre, essendo una famiglia.Bella vacanza nonostante lo spettro del Covid.
