Inclusive of WIFI (fibre), 55” OLED TV, telephone with international calling, dishwasher, washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, linens, weekly housekeeper, and welcome package. Sofa bed in living room can comfortably accommodate two additional guests. All-inclusive bathroom with Italian shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel bar. Additional powder room with sink and toilet.

Excellent and easy-to-access public transportation: 15 minute drive from Nice Airport, 15 minute walk from train station, and 5 minute walk from buses.
