Yes you can afford this great vacation in our wonderful condo, located near Wailea . We are in the Hale Kamaole resort and are on the ground floor.

Nice quiet split system air conditioner throughout the condo.
1. Walking distance to Kamaole Beach 3 (it's right across the street :) )
2. A fully stocked granite topped kitchen with spices to prep your pineapple chicken
3. An outdoor bar-b-q conveniently located a few feet from your lanai to cook it
4. A pool also located near but not to close to the lanai
5. A nice rock bottomed, walk in shower

Best spot for sunsets on Maui

Staying at Hale Kamaole is the best, especially for the sunset views and walking access to Kamaole beach. Good for a morning swim and also for snorkeling with turtles. This unit is great, super clean, up to date and quiet at night. Come to Maui and stay for awhile!

Great Location

Our stay was excellent! Across the street from a beach. Great pools, bbq pit, and the property was beautiful. Grace had a lot intrusive tips that assisted us around the condo. We will stay at these condos again.

Great location!!

This place is in the perfect spot! Great little complex close to so many good restaurants and beaches! We loved walking across the street to watch the sunset and whales! And the 4 min drive to Kihei caffe! We drove all over the island during our stay and Kihei is definitely one of the better places to stay in regards to weather! Love this condo!

Fabulous place in Kihei, great host

I absolutely loved staying at Grace's condo in Kihei. It is spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The complex is beautifully landscaped with great amenities. The location is great, with a quick walk to the beach. Grace is friendly and helpful. She checked in with me several times during my stay and offered tips on restaurants and activities. I can't wait to go back.

Home away from home!

Grace’s condo is comfortable, with the best provisioned kitchen of any condo we’ve ever stayed in; a really good selection of spices, even. And great beach items as well. The location is handy to the pool, too. Also it is on the side of the resort that doesn’t get blasted by late afternoon sun. We had a minor plumbing problem and the owner dealt with it immediately. We would stay here again for sure. Mahalo!

The property and pools were nice with a nice view from the outdoor area. The room was very clean and in good condition with everything we needed. My only complaints about the room would be some of the drawers in the kitchen and bedroom were a little cluttered and it is slightly dated. However considering the price we were ok with that..

Great location and property.

Overall we had a great stay. The condo had every kitchen appliance imaginable. The bed was cozy - king size - and we slept well. Glad we had ac as we needed it several times. The only request I would ask of the owner is to have more than one roll of toilet paper. That is one amenity you do not want to run out of and not have another in sight. I emailed the owner and didn't get a response back. Other than that we loved staying here. Aloha.

A home away from home

We enjoyed it a lot being in such a well maintained and well equipped condo. Thank you for having us! The location is awesome - Kihei is great, if you love beaches and a good starting point for other adventures on the island. You can relax on the lanai every evening and watch the beautiful sunsets. The barbecue and the pool aren' t far away and can be used easily. Grace is very nice and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much! A quick review in German: Das ist eine richtig schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer netten Anlage. Der Grill und der Pool sind in unmittelbarer Entfernung und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist besonders bei Sonnenuntergang schön, wenn man nicht zum Strand möchte. Die Gastgeberin Grace ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

So relaxing

I loved how quiet the complex was, and how close it is to walking to coffee, restaurants, and Kam III and Kam II. The place stayed pretty cool during the day without running the AC. There are so many beach toys, tennis racquets, etc. I didn’t use many of them, but it’s nice to have it all accessible.

This place was the perfect location for my partner and I on Maui! It had everything we needed and Grace was great at communicating with me. The check in process was very easy and the condo complex manager was very friendly in giving us a parking pass. I highly recommend her place!

Great Stay

Grace’s condo is very nice, bright and spacious as described. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen is wellequipped and easy to use. When we opened the lanai window and the front door, a pleasant breeze came in. Not only beach equipment but also tennis rackets and balls were prepared and we enjoyed it. It was great to feel the afternoon breeze while relaxing in the lanai chairs. There are delicious deli and restaurants nearby. We stopped at the supermarket on the way back from the restaurant. It was so convenient. We could see a lot of sea turtles swimming on the beach in front of condo. You can see the ocean when you go out to the grass area from lanai, and the sunset is beautiful in the evening.

Great location

Grace’s apartment is just as advertised. The location is right across the beach, plenty of food locations nearby and a very quiet well kept condominium. The grounds are maintenance everyday which is great! The only thing we wished was that the ac in the bedroom was a little quieter and better ventilation in the living room. There is a fan but wished it cooled the room down a little more. We spent many afternoons after our long days eating outside which was super nice. Would not hesitate to book again with Grace. She was very responsive the entire time before and during our trip.

Amazing Stay

Very Affordable, Well Stocked Condo in Good Location with Great Amenities

When we were planning our trip to Maui we found very few decently priced places to stay for a family of four and were glad to find Grace's Condo available. Overall, an outstanding place to stay. Below are a few pros, cons, and notes for our visit. Pros: - One of less than fifty 4+ star Vrbos on Maui for four people at this price point. - Very nice location in the Hale Kamaole resort with a pool just around the corner and beach access across the road. - Full amenities as listed on Vrbo. We were able to prepare full meals using the provided dishes and utensils which saved us a lot of money on our vacation. - King sized bed with good, cold A/C in the bedroom. - Quick response from owner when we had trouble finding our condo. Cons: - Check-in and check-out was frustrating. We weren't provided the condo number in pre-arrival correspondence and couldn't find the office (you cannot drive to it and have to walk down to the road from the center parking lot between the two pools). Also, the front office is only open from 0900-1700 (1000-1700 on weekends) so there is only a two hour window to arrive and get checked in. Because we didn't get our car registered by 1700 we had to cut our touring short the following day to get back in time to register it. When we checked out we didn't know if we could just drop the key or had to do anything else so we stood around waiting for someone to show up for 30 minutes. - The garbage disposal didn't work. - As advertised, there were plenty of spices for food prep, but salt and pepper were not among them! - Vehicles parking out front shine their lights straight into the bedroom. After the first night we made sure we took the spot directly in front of the bedroom window. Notes: - Not set up for small children - lots of decorations we had to put away when we first arrived to keep them from being broken (owner knew we had small kids and warned us beforehand). - Turn A/C from "economy" to "cool" to prevent it from loudly cycling every 5-10 minutes through the night.
