Welcome to our tastefully renovated and decorated Kihei Akahi studio D-301, that we affectionately call “Our Pearl”.

Kihei Akahi is a Hotel-zoned property and is not subject to the new Maui County regulations regarding the phasing out of short term rentals in apartment zoned properties.

Kihei Akahi is located directly across from three of South Maui’s most beautiful beaches, Kamaole I, II and III. All three of the Kamaole beaches have lifeguards, showers and restroom facilities and are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding/body surfing, walking, playing volleyball or just hanging out and enjoying the warm sun, perfect water, swimming with giant sea turtles and watching the magnificent whales from late December to early May.

What sets our studio apart from the other studios at Kihei Akahi are the upgraded polarized dual pane vinyl windows (no jalousies) and a dishwasher (only studio to have a dishwasher).

The Kihei Akahi complex has beautifully maintained grounds, two pools, bbq grills, a tennis/pickle ball court and is centrally located within walking distance to several fine restaurants, shopping and activity centers. Our condo is located at the back of the complex away from the road noise and has a private feeling with great views.

From our private lanai you have the benefit of 180 degree views of ocean, the island of Lanai, stunning sunsets during the summer, West Maui Mountains, sun and moon rises and the leeward slopes of the mighty Haleakala.

Being a corner unit, the additional side window provides good light, views of Haleakala and a wonderful breeze that flows through our condo.

You will have the most comfortable and relaxed stay in our condo. We have updated our unit with new decor and furnishings: a dining table that can seat 4, a Beautyrest World Class Brentford Luxury Firm Queen Size Bed, a sofa, a comfy chair, a lanai set and a beautiful custom made tv armoire that has 2 closets and drawers for your clothes as well as extra storage space for your luggage when you unpack and settle in.

For your indoor entertainment, we have a 39' smart TV.

There is a hanging pot rack with a full set of cookware and the gas range is great to cook on with a microwave/fan/light above it. In addition to a coffee maker (we provide the filters), there is a tea pot, a blender, a toaster oven and a spice rack complete with spices. The refrigerator is full size and we are the only studio in Kihei Akahi that has a dishwasher.

When you head out to the beach there are 2 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs for you to use, a Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler with wheels. There are also plastic cups, plates and utensils for you to take to the beach or the pool, as well as to use in the condo.
