Cozy two bedroom and two bathroom home with a pool on canal. Canal leads out to Charlotte Harbor. Quiet neighborhood close to North Port, FL. Home sleeps up to six people as there is a sofa sleeper in family room. There is one car garage attached with laundry facilities located in the garage (included). Home is close to the Stone Crabs Baseball Field, Beaches, Shopping and tons of Restaurants! Relax and enjoy swimming in the pool every day!
