Perfect getaway! Newly remodeled waterfront suite.

Suite in the private house- with lake waterfront view with fishing possibility, located in very safe and quiet area, two minutes away from world known Mineral Spring Lake in North Port, Florida. 20 minutes away from the major beaches. Close to US 41 Tamiami Trail and 1-75 to Naples/ Tampa. Two minutes from shopping area, several stores of Russian/ International food and cafe. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Beautiful, newly remodeled, completely self contained apartment style unit, private enter with a code lock, one bedroom with 2 twin size beds, night table with lamp, recliner sofa, closet, iron and iron desk, TV set, WIFI internet, bathroom with shower.
Dinning/ leaving room, table and chairs, with equipped kitchenette comes with all needed appliances ( cooking is limited), one burner for cooking, refrigerator, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, multi cooker and other pots, dishes and towels.
Great backyard with chairs, table and beach bed. Backyard is available for the barbecue.
Washer and dryer machines, are not available. There is a coin laundromat near by!

Great welcoming host. Cozy accommodations-like you’re staying in grandma’s guest house. All essentials provided, super quiet and safe neighborhood, conveniently located near so many things to do. It’s not fancy, but a great value!

Sweet peace!

This place was absolutely perfect for my mother and I. The location was easily accessed. The hosts are so kind and as a bonus, they have a sweet little cat who loves to welcome their guests. I'd 100% recommend and would stay again.

Hosts were very a nice couple. On a few occasions cookies and sweets were provided. In the backyard is a pond where at times an alligator shows up, and you can catch Catfish. Close to main highway, stores and restaurants.

Get to know Northpoint and theVenice beach area.

A short stay while my girlfriend stayed with her friend nearby had I wanted to fish it would’ve been wonderful! This would be an ideal spot for a man with his son to go and fish in the backyard lake off of a pier, it would need a little bit of clean up some leaves raked etc. The man said we could use the boat but the paddle craft pictured was not working there was a kayak next to it which we were able do use but I chose not to. Minimal kitchen small sink single burner half refrigerator freezer upright, Working class two single beds and a couch, TV all in one room.

Great and affordable place in North Port

The hosts were very friendly, the accommodation is simply furnished but has everything you need which is great when you are on vacation. The accommodation is relatively well located and you can get everywhere quickly, unfortunately the two small beds are not so comfortable, but we were able to sleep well there. In general, it was a good place to stay for a short time and for the price.

The old saying u get what u pay for is correct this text lace should be over night only beds which was trundles real narrow room left allot in cleanliness nothing to clean width and I mean nothing gone mst of the time too hot t to sleep at night

Sorry to hear that Mrs. Mary Lester did not feel comfortable in our suite. She stayed almost 6 weeks. This place is not design for along time to stay as there is no full kitchen or laundromat available.( the coin laundry is just one block away). Though I did a favor and did her laundry twice in my house for free. The cleaning lady is paid for one time cleaning- it is not hotel for 200 dollars a night. When somebody stay longer then two weeks they should take good care of the place, do the laundry (there is dustpan and broom in the closet). Mary left everything very dirty, she has no idea what to do with duvets linen and bedspreads and sheets! I was very surprised! Also, this couple without our permition parked two cars on the driveway ( one was a truck) It is allowed one car for the guest! I would never want to host them again!

Great Location

My parent's enjoyed their stay, Gennadiy was a wonderful host. Surprised them with a apple pie for Christmas which was so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quite place to stay.

North Port, FL - Beware of the waste basket!

The two twin beds were very uncomfortable (too hard). The AC is controlled by the homeowner, so you have no way to cool it down more. We were warm most nights. The biggest downside, was the three notes in the bathroom stating "Please do NOT throw TOILET PAPER down the toilet, kindly use the basket." This in our minds, should have been clearly stated upfront because had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere! This was an unacceptable situation, that made our stay not pleasant. Usually, your suite is a place of comfort. Having to throw dirty toilet paper in a waste basket made it not a good place for us. We complied, of course, but I was not happy.

Thank you Lori once more for staying in our suite! We are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable there! Just want to clarify about the toilet paper ( you should ask me). if you read thoroughly our description and house rules you would know about this and booked another place. Most of the houses in Florida have local septic tank which is a little different from city septic, that is why no papers are allowed, otherwise we should clean it after each guest! We try to do our best for each guest! Just for you we bought a new bed liners and cover - it was new ! It is simple- country style room! But you had everything needed for a short vacation stay! We ask you to text with any question - you never asked about lowering temperature and nights were rather cold - We thought you would need heater there! Sorry for all of this! It made me so sad that you rated us with only 2 stars! It is not fair! Wish you would have peace and calm and remember only good things from your trip to Florida!

No Frills, Quaint, Inexpensive, Comfortable Place

This property met all of our needs, was conveniently located, comfortable, and the owners were accommodating. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard at the lake when we weren't out attending to business. The only reason that I am rating this property a 4 instead of 5 was because, for some reason, we were not permitted to throw any toilet paper into the toilet, but were instructed to toss it in the garbage instead. That made our stay somewhat awkward for us. Otherwise, it was a nice, simple place to stay, and we enjoyed our stay.
