Pristine 2nd floor corner property available for summer rentals. Completely upgraded and updated, featuring plantation shutters throughout. Almost everything inside and out is practically brand new.
Ocean and bay views can be seen off the front and rear decks.
This larger unit built on an oversized lot boasts custom furniture, window treatments, ceiling fans, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, and much more.

Doors must be closed and locked when no one is home. Remove as much sand as possible with the outdoor hose.
Outdoor surveillance for added security. Parties are not permitted. This condo sleeps 8 people max - no couch crashing, no blowup mattresses.

Lovely beach get away

We had a lovely time, enjoyed the sunsets from the front deck and the sunrise with a view of the beach from the back deck. The garage storage complete with extra beach chairs and a wagon to haul all the stuff to the beach was a plus. The owner was very attentive to any issues that came up.

Fabulous stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The condo was beautiful just as described. Shannon was great to work with and very quick to respond to all our questions. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the boardwalk (even with 2 little kids), and close to the grocery store, and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return again next year!

The condo is nicely appointed. Lots of space for up to 8 people. Great location. Easy walk to beach. Near boardwalk and other places on the island. We were lucky to have very nice weather. Owners were very accommodating. Easy to reach when needed. The only thing a bit lacking were pans for cooking. Other than that we had a great stay.

Beautiful Condo

Lovely property. Easy beach access. Perfect for a big family. All my kids had enough space. Classy decor. Updated. That section of beach is not overly crowded. Mostly families. We were close enough to the boardwalk to drive over when we wanted, but not so close that it was noisy. Loved the location. I’d book again!!

Great get away!

This was a great find! Location was perfect for our family, it was only about 3 blocks away from the beach. Left or right of the beach entrance were both guarded by the lifeguards. Two blocks away from a biking trail towards the bay side and views of the sunsets. The house was fully equipped with all the essentials and all the appliances worked great. It was extremely clean on arrival and well taken care of. Comfy beds in each room and comfy living room furniture . Two full-size bathrooms with plenty of hot water for everyone and very spacious. We would definitely rent here again and again.

A sunny week!

We really enjoyed the unit and felt comfortable there for the 4 nights. We would suggest following up with the renter(s) a week or so prior to the vacation, to verify they received the welcome letter. We didn't know we were to expect one, and it had pertinent information in it that the VRBO listing didn't have, like guest info, key availability and how to enter the home. Also would suggest having pens and note paper on hand. Otherwise, the unit was more than adequate with supplies.

Great location-great communication

We loved our week here and are already talking about next year. The location is great. Loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and the garage with beach cart and supplies was such a nice addition. COMMUNICATION!!! Even before we booked Shannon was amazing and so easy to work with. She was very accommodating and wonderful with responding to any questions we had. That continued up until the day we checked out. Things happen, even on vacation, and we lost WiFi. She was right on it and was calling the company as well as having them call us to troubleshoot. She continually checked in to see if it was working. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Location. Dated. Dirty. Not as Advertised.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and in a very quiet location.That said, there were many areas where the property did not meet expectations. It was not as clean as pictured, and ant traps were placed throughout. The door to the washer/dryer area was broken and could not be used as intended. Much of the interior, particularly the bathrooms, felt dated, and there were visible signs of past repairs. All of the shutters were broken and unusable. The owner did warn us about the shutters during check-in and asked us not to touch them.The beach chairs were unusable. They were old, rusty, and covered in mold. While usable, the beach cart, was also moldy. The property had a noticeable moldy/musty smell, and only three beach passes were provided instead of the four listed in the description. The owner told us to buy another pass if we were asked to produce passes while on the beach.Communication with the owner was inconsistent. Some questions, such as those about the outdoor awning, were not answered, while others were addressed, albeit very much delayed. Be cautious with other reviews, as the owner offered a cash discount in exchange for a glowing review. While tempting, the right and ethical thing to do is to provide an honest account for the benefit of future renters.Overall, the location was the highlight, but the property itself needs updates, improved cleanliness, and consistent and clearer communication.

OCNJ perfect getaway

This property is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location if you desire a quiet and relaxing visit to OCNJ. That said, if you want to be closer to the boardwalk or shops on Asbury, you are only a short ride by bike or car away. We brought our own groceries and were able to make our own dinners easily as the kitchen was nicely equipped. We were hoping to eat dinner on the roomy balcony, but unfortunately it was quite chilly during our stay. Despite the chilly weather we were still able to enjoy several beach days at the beach. It was much more quiet and relaxed being a little bit away from the boardwalk. Hopefully, we will be back next year.

Great Ocean City NJ Property

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was easy walking distance to beach. Appreciated the wagon, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. Nice having access of garage to store beach items or bicycles. Everything was tidy with plenty of amenities. Home was convenient to Kessel‘s Korner for diner style food and ice cream. Great information helped make overall stay enjoyable. Shannon was prompt with information before and after our stay. Definitely would stay again

Lovely little trip!

We loved our stay at this house! It was spacious, clean and well kept, nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, etc. The rooms were comfortable and the front deck was lovely to sit on in the mornings and in the evening for sunsets! Shannon was the most gracious host. She allowed us to check in early/out late and was extremely communicative when I needed her help for a small hiccup during our trip. So nice!

My family and I had a great time! Everything was clean and comfortable, plenty of space for my family to hang out together in the main living areas, and fun rooms for the kids to stay in. We loved the two balconies and being able to keep our beach stuff in the garage. Great communication with the kind and understanding owners too. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully furnished, soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Extremely clean and organized.
Completely updated kitchen and family rooms. Two decks on either side of the house provide a view of the sunset or sunrise. This is located on a corner lot that is just a short walk to the beach or the bike path. Owners are helpful, flexible and always available to answer questions.
