1754 Asbury Ave (1st Floor) - Beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 Bath Condo. Gorgeous front porch on Asbury Avenue within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and Starbucks. Only two short blocks to beach and boardwalk makes this location ideal for a true Ocean City vacation experience.

All new furniture and stainless steel appliances give this home a modern and luxurious feel. Dedicated garage and 1 car driveway. Condo has washer, dryer, dish washer, 2 large flat screens TV's and wifi access. All new granite counter tops, beautiful wood floors and ceiling fans will leave even the most discerning vacationer very satisfied. Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

1st Floor Condo - 3 bedroom and 2 Full baths. (sleeps 6)
- Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with full bath
- Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds

To hold your week, we require along with the signed rental agreement, 50% upfront and 50% 60 days prior to check in (this total will include $300 refundable security deposit) and a $125 nonrefundable cleaning fee. Payments are accepted via check and Venmo.

All Rentals are weekly rentals only (from Saturday to Saturday). No weekend rentals, no pets and no smoking. No senior week! Check-in time 4.00pm - Check-out time 11.00am.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house is so beautiful and clean, in a very nice neighborhood. With a short walk to the beach, our family enjoyed the boardwalk and beach with our family for a weeks vacation. The owner is very nice and we loved our trip. We highly recommend!

Perfect house for shore vacation

Well-appointed, very clean, nicely furnished and updated property in a great location for both walking to the beach and boardwalk as well as biking easily to the downtown area. Loved every second of our vacation, and the owners were great to work with--making check-in/check-out easy, offering lists of suggestions for restaurants and activities, being quick to respond to communication.

Lovely Ocean City Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean City. The property is as pictured. Perfect for a family beach vacation, with everything you need to enjoy the beach and comfortably relax afterwards. My kids loved eating breakfast on the porch and it was just a quick 2 block to the ocean. We'll definitely be back!

The property was furnished beautifully and is an ideal location. Close to the beach and boardwalk. A few minor inconveniences around the house (such as kitchen faucet and tv controls). We worked through it with the home owner. Would stay again!

Family Vacation Get Away!

We rented this property for two weeks. Overall, we were very satisfied with the home.The owner could not be nicer and more accommodating. The location is very good (2 1/2 blocks to the beach plus life guard stand where you enter the beach) as you are halfway between downtown and 34th street where a grocery store, pharmacy and other shops are available. House is well equipped including beach chairs and other beach essentials. We would rent this property again.

Peaceful nice and relaxing

Very lovely first floor condo- (thought originally it was the house but learned through the paperwork otherwise-my bad) Clean, spacious condo well kept with working appliances as well. Wonderful to have parking and nicely walkable to the main boardwalk as well as being down the street from the quiet boardwalk. Would definitely recommend.

60th Anniversary for parents

I cannot say enough about this property! When I pulled up, I was already excited! Beautiful landscaping, cozy porch and stunning home. I walked in and it got even better. The decor is just gorgeous, everywhere you look. We had a couple family members fly in from out of town and stay for a couple days to celebrate my parents anniversary. We all loved it and my parents will never forget it. Thank you for such great memories…

Great location and house for your family!

We LOVED staying at this property. They had EVERYTHING you need - chairs, toys, grill, beach tags, high chair etc. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space to sit and eat for a family of 5. We loved sitting on the porch during this week And the outdoor shower was perfect. We’ve been coming down for years to OCNJ and this was the best place we have rented so far. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at this house was wonderful!! The décor was very well done. The dining table was so unique. All the furniture was really nice. We loved the master shower. The kitchen was up-to-date. Would consider it for next year. Thank you for sharing your shore house.

Great time, great memories!

We loved our stay this past week. The house is at a great location close to everything but away from the crowds. The beach at 18th is perfect for little ones and the boardwalk is great for a morning jog or bike ride. Looking forward to next year!

If you are looking for a three bedroom, you love the beach, you love the boardwalk, this is the place to stay. Great location, beautiful beach with easy access. House is gorgeous and so comfy. The porch is a winner. Five stars.

We had a great time. Loved Ocean city , NJ. The location was about 3 blocks from the boardwalk. There was a parking space in back, but room to park in front. We only had 3 people, but 6 would not have felt crowded. I'd come back here for sure.

Wonderful

This is a lovely home near the beach and boardwalk. This is the second year that my husband and I rented this property. I would have given it 5 stars, but there were several items that were not working properly. The main item is the keypad on the outside of the garage door. I would recommend this property to others who are looking for a nice house in Ocean City.

Wonderful September vacation spot!

We enjoyed staying here so much last September that we rented the house for 2 weeks this year. This lovely home is at a perfect location. It's an easy walk to the beach, but also convenient to the boardwalk. My granddaughter loved visiting the Cape May County Zoo and Storybook Land as well as walking to the playground. Everything was comfortable and clean with beach tags and keys on the counter. It was the best vacation!!

Wonderful vacation home!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. We've been to OC before but this house was our favorite. We loved the location... walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bakeries, homemade ice cream and playground. The house had everything we needed. The porch was perfect for relaxing and for eating outside. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a Philadelphia family that after many years visiting the shore have finally made our dream of owning a home in Ocean City a reality. We love going down with our three children and our favorite past time is riding our bikes on the boardwalk early in the morning.

Why they chose this property

New construction in 2014 and it's unbelievable location where the main considerations for us. You can literally walk to everything from the house. Beach for me, boardwalk for the kids and Starbucks for my wife. It doesn't get any better than this! I also love sitting on the front porch in the evenings and unwinding from the day.

What makes this property unique

Close proximity to the beach, boardwalk and shops/cafes on Asbury make this a unique vacation residence. New construction, stainless steel appliances, granite top kitchen, new furniture by Platts, and hardwood floors through the main part of the house make this the perfect choice for the discerning vacationer.
