THIS CONDO IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH SO THE BEACH ACCESS WE HAVE IS AMAZING! You may just want to be at the beach all day!

This condo has one bedroom, with queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the livingroom, sleeps four comfortably. It offers a wonderful east to west panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunset from your private balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee/tea. Possibly the best view in Panama City Beach!

As guests, you will be able to enjoy swimming in 3 different pools, one of which is heated in the winter. You also have private access to the beach and the historic Pineapple Willy’s without the hassle of finding a parking spot.

Looking for things to do is never a problem. The condo is located close to restaurants, shopping, Gulf World, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo World, St. Andrews State Park, Ship Wreck Island, Camp Helen State park ( six miles south) and many others.

If you wish to cook, this condo unit is equipped with the necessities you might need; or just relax during your vacation, lots of good restaurants are located nearby.

Free WIFI and cable TV, in the living room and bedroom, is provided for your convenience.

It was an excellent location, beautiful sunsets and overall great property. The host was excellent and I wish it would have been under better circumstances. We had an unfortunate situation where we were able to only spend a few days on the property since my wife had a serious fall and spent most of our time here in the hospital. WE had to cut our stay short by almost half the time and feel really bad since it was a great location. Who knows, maybe we can return in the future. Annette was a great host and I'm sorry we couldn't complete our stay.

The location is pretty great! You’re not far from major restaurants, ice cream shops, donut shops & activity sites. Another plus is Walmart is literally a block away. You’re directly beside Pineapple Willie’s. Which is fantastic, but it does cause for high traffic congestion in that one specific corner. My husband & I had no issues, just something to be aware of. The condo was absolutely perfect. I searched high & low for a small place as it was for our honeymoon (we didn’t need anything big). Amazing views, friendly staff, clean condo & facility. There are chairs provided to use on the beach (GREAT TOUCH!!), pots, pans, coffee mugs (lifesaver), tons of trash bags, keurig, actual coffee pot, full size stove & fridge with an ice maker!One thing I appreciated so much was the scented wallflowers everywhere and the fresh flowers. It also looks like guests buy things, don’t need to take them back home so the useable things are left behind for others that need it. Certain things I didn’t think about packing, like dish soap.. it really came in handy. LOL! Annette was wonderful! Her rules aren’t overwhelming, and she’s readily available any time should you need her! We will definitely be coming back!

The condo is spotless and so nice, with a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. There are several nice little touches like Bath & Body Works soap, flowers, and nice thick towels.
