The beds were excellent and property convenient. Only comment is property is right beside busy highway and very noisy by pool... couch smelled dusty and sliding doors need WD40

Cute and cozy

We always love staying here, unfortunately this time our stay was during a storm but the host was very flexible and we were able to extend our stay when our flights were cancelled. If we had to be stuck inside due to weather at least we had a nice cozy place to be stuck!

it's all about the details!

This was our first visit to the Sarasota area and we were happy with the location of the condo as we were there to explore the area. We have three children under 8 yrs old. We loved being so close to the Siesta Key Beach area, which is wonderful for all ages! The bridge is walkable for adults (didn't want to test those waters with our kids). but it is easily driveable as well. We ventured into Sarasota and Venice as well. Great area for runners and cyclists. CC and Greg thought about everything for the condo. It was well stocked, from extra sheets, towels, beach gear, games, and kitchen stuff, they thought of it all! We appreciated the attention to detail! Pool was a great way to end our beach days!

Delightful funky Florida condo!

Our family stayed at this delightful funky Florida family friendly condo over the December 2020 Christmas holiday. It was a great location to great restaurants, 15 minute walk to the beach, 2 miles from siesta key village. The condo was nicely appointed with everything we needed for our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly to anyone.

WE LOVED IT!!!

My husband and I loved staying here! It was spacious but cozy and super cute. It was a short drive to Siesta beach and all the Siesta Key restaurants. Connor always responded to me super quickly and checking in was super easy.

This property is so nicely decorative. Very thoughtful and cute at every turn.

Very close to a lot of food. The pool is small and very cold. Also you can hear all noise traffic at night. The only one tv in the living room killed us as we are night watchers. Owner was very very nice and answered every question immediately.

Lovely property, great location, fabulous hostess, every detail thought out!

We were so impressed by Connor’s thoughtful preparation of this property for guests! It is absolutely adorable and decked out with everything you could possibly need! The corner unit offered ample privacy even for the outdoor spaces, which were very nice as well (but hot in July, of course). We never heard any noise from neighboring units and our party of 5 had plenty of room for visiting and sleeping. We also loved the proximity to restaurants and the water, just a quick walk away. I very much hope to stay here again when coming back to visit family, so I better learn to plan ahead, this place is going to book up quickly!
