This three-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat's conveniences add up: two parking spots, a fireplace for cozy nights in, open concept main floor to keep everyone connected, and a lower-level movie room to binge the latest shows. Cooks, delight in the upgraded kitchen appliances, ample counter space, and heated floors for culinary comfort. A grill off of the kitchen lets you take summer cooking outdoors.

Recent upgrades include a newly added 3/4 bathroom on the lower level, freshly painted living room, and an upgraded deck, along with updated decor on the inside to enhance your stay.

Turn in and recharge in the upper-level bedroom featuring a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The mid-level offers a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the lower-level bedrooms include a queen and two twin beds, making this setup perfect for bigger groups. Linens provided.

The property is located in downtown Breckenridge. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola or Main St. The property is just a 3-5 minute walk to the Free Ride bus route located on the in the middle of Washington Ave and Lincoln Ave. This is the Purple Route and will take you to most places in town including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, or Main St.

- Located in downtown Breckenridge, so you will hear traffic but you can walk to everything!
- The free shuttle pick-up is in front of the library located on S Harris street, but its only a three minute walk from the home

Great location
This is a great location. You can walk to town or even to the gondola ( not in ski boots ). There is a bus top around the corner. The house is great but the layout of the house isn’t the best. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs but there is no bathroom downstairs. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Overall great stay. Their management company could do a better job. We had to contact them 3x to get the trash picked up after over 2 weeks of not picking any trash up. It was just piling up and no one would come get it. Also the back door lock was broken since we got there. We got locked out couple of times. I wish they would have fixed it before our arrival. We didn’t want to be bothered by a repair man.

Great location in Breck
Amazing location, really spacious space. Kitchen is nice and well stocked, hot tub was well maintained, with gorgeous views. Not great with small kids (stairs with no gates, carpet under the kitchen table, white couch that could get easily stained at the kitchen table, tub wall is fixed so bathing small kids is quite hard), but great place otherwise.

Charming property and neighborhood
We fell in love with this charming property and the Historic District neighborhood! The location was perfect for walkability to Main Street shopping, excellent restaurants, the Gondola station, and nature areas. The house was perfect. The lower level areas were great for our teenage son and his friend to have their own space, but the house was also large enough for us to spend time all together. The furniture was comfy and cozy (including the beds). The kitchen was well appointed with all the basics plus a good selection of cooking spices, blender, and crock pot. We loved the front porch and back deck with beautiful views for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evenings. The hot tub was also a great option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return!
