Enjoyed riverside property in quiet location 15 minutes drive from Angers and 5 minutes walk into centre of Ecouflant. Lovely outside space to relax and clean, comfortable interior with everything we needed.

Comfortable accommodation with stunning views of the River Sarthe

Good facilities, comfortable accommodation, good position for touring the area. General Stores about 10 minutes walk away. Owners were very helpful on our arrival; they live next door but were not intrusive but if we had needed help with anything they would have been very happy to help out. Would thoroughly recommend.

Le calme de l’eau et la proximité d’Angers

Un séjour agréable dans une maison ancienne et fonctionnelle qui garde la fraîcheur lors des journées chaudes d’été. Terrasse agréable pour dîner au calme avec la vue sur la rivière. Emplacement pratique pour visiter Angers et ses environs (10min de voiture du château) tout en profitant du calme des bords de l’eau. Très bon Accueil et et accès très pratique.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in Ecouflant. Haben bei schönem Wetter Abends auf der Terasse den Tag ausklingen lassen können. Zum Bäcker sind es zu Fuss ca. 8 Minuten, ein schöner Spaziergang an der Loire entlang. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank !

Beautiful house and stunning views

We really enjoyed our stay. Nathalie and Eric were very helpful and accommodating - they provided lots of help and advice in advance and during our stay. We enjoyed the house a lot - it’s a lovely old building with a simple terrace with the most beautiful views. We watched wildlife, sunsets and boats drifting by - it was so relaxing! The local shop and bakery are only a 5 minute walk along the river. There are several cycling routes nearby which were very enjoyable. We had a great holiday and would happily come back again.

Gîte idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Ecouflant. Nous avons découvert la région et ses richesses touristiques. Le gîte est très bien équipé, au bord de l'eau, avec des sentiers propices à la promenade. Accueil sympathique, en résumé une envie certaine d'y revenir.
