About this property

Cozy apartment on the 2nd floor just 3 mins walk from the beach front . Its located in residential area between the historic centre of Limassol and the tourist area were all the hotels are. The apt its sun-filled with hardwood floors, a kitchen with all its appliances with a very small balcony facing east towards the beach side, there is also air conditioning in bedrooms and the living room. The two bedrooms have a double and a king size bed with white linens, built-in closets, a bedside table with lamp and on-wall vanity mirror. The Master bedroom has the King size bed and 2 windows, the one facing east and the other to the west. The other bedroom has a double size bed with one window facing east. Both rooms are very sunny especially in the morning. Living and dining areas are appointed with comfortable and modern furniture , 42 inch cable TV with HDMI hook-up, a modern design lounge chair and a modern grey sofa bed. There's also a small work desk in the dining area at the apartment entrance with a modern dining table with stylish chairs. In the area there's a balcony facing west. Apt has a small but a comfy bathroom with toilet.
Please note that there is NO LIFT in the building!
