The EST / WEST oriented apartment of 110m² is located in the heart of a Landes village, 10 minutes from the beaches and golf courses of Hossegor and Seignosse and in the heart of a park of 8ha.
It has 3 bedrooms including 1 in a dovecote accessible from the kitchen, 1 room of water with walk-in shower, 1 kitchen with reserve, and 1salon dining room open on a terrace with lounge. garden.
In the shade of trees, it will be good to rest at the back of the beaches or excursions in the Basque country.
A shared swimming pool is available according to access conditions from June to September. The hours 10h / 12h and 14h / 19h.
