Situation impeccable proche de tout mais surtout très belle maison rénovée avec soin, on se sent comme à la maison. Tout le monde trouve son coin avec une partie centrale pour se retrouver. A l'arrivée, l'agence vous accueille. L'abri proche de la piscine protège bien. La piscine est chauffée et propre. Les pistes cyclabes sont accessibles directement depuis la maison permettant de se rendre aisément au village ou au plages (25 minutes en vélo par une piste arborée et sécurisée). Super séjour

villa dont l'atout principal est son espace extérieur avec sa piscine chauffée, les chambres au rdc sont très bien avec une bon literie, (nous n'avons pas utilisé l'étage ou se trouve un espace avec plusieurs lits, pour des enfants ou adolescents), salle de bain impeccable car refaite à neuve, la cuisine date vraiment mais dixit l'agence de gestion le propriétaire devrait faire des travaux dans ce sens prochainement. Nous recommandons cette location qui se trouve au calme, mais un peu loin du centre de Léon

Wir waren eine Woche in Léon und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Am besten hat uns die tolle Holzterrasse mit dem Pool sowie der überdachte Terrassenbereich gefallen, der einem vor Sonne als auch vor Regen schützt. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, das Haus noch einmal zu buchen.

Vacances reposantes.

Agreable maison, dans un quartier calme. Tout le confort au rdc, salle de bain neuve. Il manque à l étage un wc et la douche est un peu petite à l'étage . Le terrain est agreable avec le patio qui nous a permis de prendre tous les repas à l exterieur meme par temps gris. Piscine très grande . A proximité des pistes cyclables.

Late summer break

The house was ideal for our needs being close to the dog friendly beaches and the lake in Leon with the benefit of a decent heated pool. Communication with the owner and their agent was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider another trip in the future. It is possible to walk into Leon mainly avoiding roads. Cycle paths in the area our great and hiring a bike for the day is quite cheap from the shop in Leon by the market. The lake is great for swimming, paddle boarding and dogs are allowed.

Très bon séjour au calme

Une maison toute équipée, il ne manque rien et c est vraiment très agréable. Un grand jardin, une piscine et une maison qui garde le frais. Nous recherchions du calme en plus et n avons pas été déçue. Le village et le lac sont vraiment très sympathiques. A bientôt pour une nouvelle resa.

Comfortable property in an appealing location.

The living areas, kitchen and bedrooms are perfect for comfort and for enjoying your holiday. But the best feature is undoubtedly the outdoor space, featuring a lovely pool, excellent loungers and a brilliant seating/cooking area. In the immediate vicinity are excellent restaurants, shops, beaches and cycling /walking trails. We enjoyed our stay, though some of the property's fixtures and furnishings could do with a touch of modernisation.

Erholung pur für Ruhesuchende

Für 16 Tage im Mai hatten wir dieses Ferienhaus gebucht - 2 Erwachsene und drei Hunde. Von Anfang an haben wir uns in diesem etwas älteren Haus, welches sehr schön renoviert wurde wohl gefühlt. Alles ist wie beschrieben und tipp-top sauber! Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und in den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen! Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen und schön angelegten Wohnviertel ca. 1 km außerhalb von Leon. Das Highlight war für uns der beheizte Pool, umgeben von großer Holzterrasse mit überdachtem Freisitz und einem Plancha-Grill! Dort ist man völlig ungestört und hat absolute Privatspähre. Das Wetter bombenmäßig, so dass wir meistens draußen waren und die Hunde konnten ausgiebig auf dem großen Gartengrundstück spielen. Einfach perfekt! In 10 Minuten Autofahrt ist man am großartigen Atlantikstrand und in 5 Minuten Autofahrt jeweils in einem der beiden gut sortierten Supermärkte oder im Fischladen, der keine Wünsche offen läßt. Im Mai (Vorsaison)ist es in der Umgebung jedoch noch seeehr ruhig. Die kleinen Geschäfte haben noch nicht alle voll geöffnet.... für Gassirunden bieten sich kilometerlange Waldwege, das Wohnviertel oder auch der endlose Sandstrand (ca. 5 km entfernt) an. Schade fanden wir nur, dass es in der Nähe keine "Hafen-Atmosphäre" gab und kein Restaurant mit Blick auf's Meer, da die hohen Dünen dies nicht möglich machen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wie auch zur ortsansässigen Agentur war immer einwandfrei - es wurde zu jedem Anliegen sofort reagiert. Das Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!

Un lieu de séjour parfait, au calme, proche de tout (pistes cyclables, lac, mer, bourg...). Un beau jardin entièrement clos, parfait pour venir avec un chien et des enfants. Belle piscine et coin barbecue très sympa. Parfait pour des vacances reposantes. Merci !

Propriété située dans un secteur calme, à proximité du village de Léon Très Bel extérieur, agréable et bien équipé (piscine et plancha au Top !) A l'intérieur, jolie maison offrant le nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances ; toutefois, une bouilloire serait la bienvenue.

Buen lugar para relajarse

Hemos tenido una experiencia muy agradable. La casa esta bien y es cómoda en su uso. Echamos de menos que hubiese una lavadora en la casa aunque hay cerca una laundry. La ubicación es una zona tranquila aunque esta próxima a supermercados y comercios para satisfacer las necesidades básicas.
