located in Ivins about 9 miles from St. George. We are in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. close to great hiking trails.
Tuacahn Broadway shows and beautiful Snow Canyon and much more. suite attached to home includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. area is the upstairs of home accessed through back yard of home and has private entry. one bedroom has king size platform bed with bathroom and second bedroom has a twin bed second bath is at bottom of stairs

This was a lovely property right by the Tuacahn theater. It was so convenient to go there right after the show. Everything was so comfortable and welcoming. Will stay here again!!

Clean, cozy, private, and accomodating

Katrina was most accommodating to my late check-in request. She was quick to respond to all my emails. The home was clean down to every last detail. One of my favorite surprises was a book self that had all kinds of books on it with a card that read "take a book, leave a book". How cool is that. I plan on leaving a book the next time I come through town and stay here. I love how there were clear instructions upon entering the home, including how to run the t.v., and wifi password. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Katrina.

Amazing place!

This was such an amazing place! The rooms were clean, the little kitchenette was well stocked and cared for, and the amenities were amazing! Their Netflix (that they let guests use) was slow, but that did not detract from the stay at all! I will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean, quiet place to spend a few nights

Our stay couldn't have been any easier. The private suite is exactly that, private. Very clean, quiet and well appointed for our stay. There is a beautiful backyard with mountian views and the rooms had plenty of space for all of our bags. Thanks again Katrina!

Comfortable quiet stay

We enjoyed our short stay at the Ivins suite. It's really quiet and extremely clean and comfortable - there are lots of thoughtful touches and the property is very well-equipped. Katrina kept in touch by email and we knew she was there if we needed anything, but the suite felt very private and peaceful. It's an easy drive into St George, and having stayed closer to the city on previous trips, we enjoyed being a few miles outside. We would recommend this suite.

Easy check in. Gave us our privacy but were available if needed. Close location to Touacahn if you want to go to a play there.
