Las Palmas Resort is an all inclusive property with access to six pools, a fitness center, pickleball courts, basketball courts and three playground areas. The view is amazing and you will love it here! This is a great family destination with many activities available year round. There is an indoor pool (heated year round) diving pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool with a shallow end. Free access to 4 hot tubs. The resort overlooks a ridge providing a colorful collage of The Blue Pine Valley mountains, The red Snow Canyon Hills and the black Lava Ridge. This condo has a private balcony with an amazing view.

Quite place and clean. Enjoyed our stay for a business trip. Easy to get to restaurants and grocery store. There was an elevator so we did not have to carry our luggage up stairs. Parking was easy as well. The view from the back patio was beautiful. Would definitely recommend the stay here.

For the most part the facility worked well for our stay. The toilet in themain bathroom didn't flush very well. It seemed like it was patially plugged. Would be nice if there were instructions how tp program tbe thermostat. Some times it was too warm and other times was too cold. Tried to reprogram but didn't seem to be easy to do. When we first walked in the apartment had a musty spell.

My new favorite St. George place to stay!

This was made into an amazing trip because of this particular condo we rented! It is spacious, clean, TONS of amenities that are nice touches (floor fan, sound machine, soft bedding, comfy beds, etc) my only complaint was the knives, they were a bit dull and it was difficult using them which is a bit dangerous, but even that being said, I will definitely be coming back to this Vrbo in the future. The owners were incredibly responsive and thoughtful.

A nice relaxing week

The place was nice and roomie and plenty of options to go swimming playing games. Location was great close to places in the freeway to get around. I will definitely stay there again.

Condo was as advertised. Home was nice and cool with great views and great amenities. The gym is better than one you’d find at a hotel. Above average amount selection of weights and machines. Some of the machines could use some maintenance. Pools were nice and deck chairs were available. Free wifi and parking. Beds were comfortable. Condo as large living spaces (larger than I expected) and big bedrooms. Only down was a musty smell when you enter, but you get used to it very quickly. I would rent again

One of the more affordable condos with comfy beds. place is dated & smells a bit musty. it would be nice to have some air freshener plug ins. We met friends there who traveled from Europe & git in a little early which we appreciated! . Didn't use the pool facilities because of time. The balcony was the only part that was not clean. grill was greasy & outside carpet needed swept or vacumned. We still gad a nice stay though.

We were in town for a sports tournament. The condo was safe and comfortable and had kitchen basics, but was definitely dated. The showers don’t have much water pressure. The carpet badly needs replaced.

The overall complex is nice. This condo needs a serious update. The carpets are filthy. There is a distinct old, musty smell throughout. Couches are dated, worn, and smelly. The owners haven’t put any effort into keeping this condo nice and comfortable. Poor experience.
