We had a great stay at Summer Breeze. The house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were quick to respond and resolve anything that came up. Great location, easy to get to our favorite spots on the island. Enjoyed the backyard and games as well.

perfect location and house!

Our family stayed at the Summer Breeze property on Holmes Beach and it was a perfect location and house for our two families. It was convenient to several restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in and for the adults to lounge next too. Would visit again!

The SeaBreeze management team is top-of-the line!

We stay at the Summer Breeze home every year. We love the location - walkable to the beach, great restaurants and shops. The home itself is amazing. It has a great well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for family fun. The pool area is very tropical and private. There's foosball, ping pong and a retro videa game which makes for lots of family fun. The home also includes a 6 passenger golf cart. The SeaBreeze management team is top-of-the line. They respond quickly to questions and are super friendly! Looking forward to our next visit!

Family had the best time at Summer Breeze!

My family had the BEST time at Summer Breeze! It was our first time on Anna Maria Island and we can't wait to go back! Everything from making the reservations to staying there was flawless. Just overall a great family vacation! Highly recommend!

Great location and family-friendly spot

We had a wonderful stay at Summer Breeze. Plenty of space for our multigenerational family of 8 (be aware of the number of stairs) and a great pool area. Home is ideally located to shops, restaurants and the beach. Company was very responsive and accommodating.

Everything was perfect

We loved our stay, close to the beach everyone had plenty of space and the backyard and pool were like a separate retreat. I would highly booking with SummerBreeze and their properties. We just have to pick which weeks we want to do next year!

Seamless Stay with SeaBreeze Rentals

Beautiful home in a beautiful area! Anna Maria Island was a wonderful place for our family vacation. SeaBreeze rentals made our stay easy, they texted us updates and responded promptly to any questions. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool area was beautiful. We will be back, for sure!

Beautiful home. Short walk to the beach. Everything you would need is here. This was our third year at this home and hope to have many more years here. Within walking distance to the beach and some wonderful restaurants.

Great Time!

We had a great time at this location and had to call guest services a few times. They were very friendly and accommodating. Only issue that wasn't resolved while on our stay was the pool filtration system want working properly.

Great House in Holmes Beach

The house was spacious and clean. The pool was lovely but the weather was too chilly to use many days during our stay. We wish we could have upped the heat a bit. The walk to the beach was quick and the house had everything we needed including chairs and towels. We had a fun family vacation at this home.

Toddler-Friendly Pool

Wonderful house for a family vacation! We stayed with our two young children and their grandmother, for which the set up of the house was perfect. Pool was a little small but ideal for new swimmers. The walk to the beach would be no problem for older children but was too much for our toddler - it wasn't an issue as Holmes/Manatee beach was a 4 minute drive and had free parking. The house was located in easy walking distance of good coffee, adorable seafood markets and delis as well as the Ugly G

Wonderful Vaca with Sea Breeze

Thank you for the kind accommodations. Clean, comfortable and everything the listing advertised and as expected. 2nd floor AC quit working but a repair person was sent immediately. I don't think it worked to it's capacity even after the repair, but things happen and we were still comfortable so no harm. Loved it. We will be back!

We were very happy with our stay

We were very happy with our stay at Summer Breeze in Mar 25'. House was very clean and stocked with extra linens and towels. We really loved all the beach equipment there. The only comment I would have is that the house had zero kitchen supplies that weren't plates and cups and utensils. 2 coffee makers but zero filters and limited toilet paper and paper towel for a week. Not super expensive but just more annoying than anything. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable and we will definitely look at Sea Breeze homes for future AMI stays.

Perfect vacation!!!

Summer breeze was the perfect vacation home for our first time visit to Ana Maria Island. The house was so clean, The kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed to go to the beach, including beach towels, beach toys, rafts, boogie boards, chairs, wagon, coolers. The pool was private and perfect size for our family, and the fooseball table, grill, seating and swing were an added bonus. There was also a room off the pool area that had a full size refrigerator, wet bar and seating. The beach was only a short distance, we rented a golf cart and the home also provided 3 beach bikes and a small children's bike which we also rode to the beach. There were several restaurants, including the Ugly Grouper(a must) and shops within walking distance from the house and there is the free trolley stop at the end of our street. Christy from Seabreeze Vacations was an amazing help and even provided us with grocery service for a small fee which was so nice to have all our groceries and drinks when we arrived. We go to the beach every year and this home was even better than I expected, we will be back to Summer Breeze!!!

AMI 2022

Very nice property, however, overgrown palms block all sunlight into pool and backyard. Great July and August not so in February. No hot tub. Property is right next door to a commercial business.
