This 3 bedroom, 1 bath centrally located house is the perfect place for your family to stay while visiting Chariton and the surrounding area! Much more convenient and comfortable than a motel, you will have a living room, fully equipped kitchen, as well as laundry facilities in the (unfinished) basement. There are three bedrooms to sleep a total of 7 people.
The master bedroom contains a new queen bed, a suite of antique furniture and a new TV with Roku device. The second bedroom has a full sized bed, and there is a room designed to be kid-friendly with a bunk bed that is twin over full. All have comfortable bedding and are tastefully furnished. The recently remodeled bath has a shower/tub combination and a vessel sink. Free WiFi access is provided to keep you connected while you are away. The living room has a 48" smart TV with streaming DirectTV access. You can also stream movies using your online accounts. One end of the living area has a dining table that expands to seat 6-8 people for family meals and there is a desk for work if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, and cookware. There is a small dining table in the kitchen that seats 2 to 4.
