We had the most wonderful stay here. The golf course views, the hummingbirds, the beautiful back patio, and so much more. Frank and Caroline were the most wonderful hosts. We were so lucky to have been able to stay here

Highly recommend renting this place, feels like home, safe and quiet area. Frank and Caroline are wonderful people and very accommodating!! Really loved my stay here and kinda sad to leave!!!

Beautiful area for a vacation

The condo was clean, airy, quiet and has a very comfortable patio. It is close to stores and the Phones Mt. Preserve where we enjoy daily walks

Super location and great customer service.

The condo was located right by Rt. 51 and therefore, easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. The king bed was very comfortable. The condo was clean and there were many amenities left for us, such as snacks, bottled water and other food that helped with meal preparation. The complex is beautiful and the patio overlooks the golf course. Would love to try it out in the warmer months. Frank was very responsive and accommodating.

The Condo was clean and had all the extra's we needed. We loved the super comfortable King Size bed and enjoyed the complimentary log in the fireplace. The Kurniks were easy to communicate with and the gift basket they left us was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to the Biltmore, nice floor plan. Interior needs some updating, and could have used a good cleaning before my stay. Owner was easy to communicate with. Well-priced for the value.

We received our first booking the same day we posted our property and did not have time to hire a professional cleaner. Since then have hired a professional cleaner to completely clean the condo before every booking.

I live in Reno NV and spend 2 months a year at the Condo. Phoenix is a wonderful place to visit and the activities available are endless. My daughter is a pediatric plastic surgeon at the Mayo and I come to Phoenix mostly to spend time with her

Why they chose this property

Located Across the street from the Biltmore Hotel in a Gated community with two tennis courts, two pools and sauna. Hike from the front door to Squaw Peek or Bike along the canal and then swim in the pool. More great restaurant's than I can list.

What makes this property unique

Located on the 12th fairway of the Links Course at the Biltmore Hotel. Location is very private and secure.
