Private garden for your exclusive use and its amenities: barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, table and chairs bistro, bench, large table and chairs under the pergola.

We are located 300 m from the park Sant Vicens, 400 m from a very commercial area, 300 m from various local shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, bank), 500 m from several bars and restaurants ...

The apartment is located in a great dead end and you can park your car for free in front of or just near the apartment.

By car, the beach is 12 minutes, the city center is 7 minutes and Spain is 30 minutes.

Great hosts, spotless and spacious.
Lovely apartment within walking distance of city centre, parks and local shops. Owners supplied all the essentials such as milk butter, tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. This was a lovely touch as we have stayed in apartments before with nothing, not even toilet roll!! We would recommend this place. Lots of sights within half an hours drive too.

Terrific appartment in good area
We stayed the previous week overlooking the beach at Canet Plage so this was a very different experience. The apartment is spotless and modern with virtually every amenity and the use of a pleasant garden with a barbecue. Attention to detail is everywhere, plenty of bedding and towels and crockery. The only thing that would have improved it for us would have been a washing machine instead of dishwasher, but that is a very minor issue. Perpignan is interesting, but for us the real treasure was the 1Euro bus and train services. We used them extensively to the coast and mountains. The centre of town is easily reached by local bus and shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Antoine end Rene are very unobtrusive but always there to help when needed, Antoine speaks English and was able to answer any queries we had. Bo and Phil

Good location and owners!
Great appartment in a nice residential area with everything you need including wifi and cable tv (kept two teenagers happy) so you can see some programmes in English. Bright, clean and nicely decorated in a modern style with lots of their things around. Also, use of their bbq and lovely garden to eat or just chill in. Quick and easy to get into town and to beach. Owners really thoughtful with information on town and area with touches such as having breakfast items in, fresh milk, apples and even some local cakes for us to try. Will definitely stay with them when I go to Perpignan again.

Une très bonne adresse à Perpignan
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Perpignan grâce aux propriétaires qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous. L appartement est nickel et décoré avec goût. Tout y est pour . assurer notre confort (lits, climatisation., calme, jardin incroyable,..). Tous les renseignements sont regroupés et mis à jour dans une farde (cmmerces, visites). Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist hervorragend und modern ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben. Der große Garten (alleinige Nutzung durch die Gäste) bietet Erholung pur. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Nach 20 Urlauben in Frankreich ist das die beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten und absolut empfehlenswert.
