All around great property. Spacious upstairs and downstairs, plenty seating inside and out, quick and efficient communication with host, clean, well stocked kitchen, great layout downstairs, would definitely recommend to others and will be back again.

Perfect for large groups. The kitchen is huge with an open floor plan. Plenty of room throughout and very one has their own bathroom! We walked across the street and caught plenty of crabs. Fishing opportunities were wonderful. It was a nice easy family vacation.

Great place all around! Probably way more house than we needed for just the two of us but it would be perfect for a large family or several couples. We'll definitely keep this one in mind when we're ready to head back to the island.

Great property location and clean and great ac. I highly recommend. If you stay for extended time and you want to cook make sure you bring what you need. Bring extra trash bags paper towels spices, salt, pepper, and any cleaning products.

We absolutely loved this property! The house is huge with plenty of space and all amenities provided including a gas griddle and grill. The boat slip available was very convenient for easy access for fishing each day, along with a table and sink for cleaning fish. We will definitely be back!

Location was great, direct water access, fishing and crabbing right on the property. Very spacious, and plenty of bed/baths for our group! If we revisit Grand Isle, we will be looking to stay here again!

Great place. Have rented a different place the last 7 years with my wife and boys

Great place Richard was quick to get back to me with my questions before checking in and my boys had a blast catching crabs, flounder and speckled trout off the back patio
