I loved the location of this small condo. You get out of the parking lot and you are on the ski run. The place was as expected, clean and well maintained. Our upstairs people where a little rough on their walking, so you could hear them move around through late night, but there is nothing anyone can do about that!!!The hosts were responsive to communications.
My husband and I stayed here for our mini-moon. The location and ease of access were great. Everything was straightforward and made for a great and stress-free trip!

Sounds like it was an amazing time and the perfect location for a mini-moon! Congrats & we hope we get to host you again in the future!
Grand Condo is in a great location and was a convenient stay for our Breckenridge vacation. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the property. It seemed the sheets had not been changed from the last guest and the floor was not cleaned thoroughly. We contacted the property manager and they did respond promptly and had the place cleaned and linens changed. The listing also stated that there were cooking basics which was not the case. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Thank you for your feedback, Rachel. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and that the condo was a convenient base for your Breckenridge vacation. We sincerely apologize for the initial cleanliness issues and any inconvenience caused, we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and resolve the matter. We also appreciate the note regarding the cooking basics. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide a smoother experience from the start.
Location great. Close to slope and around the corner from friends. However in a very old building and floors are horribly creeky and popping. People above us were walking around (in ski boots also) and no one slept with all the noise of occupants. Walls/floor paper thin.

Hey Lisa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient location and being close to both the slopes and your friends. We’re sorry to hear that noise from neighboring units impacted your stay. As noted in our listing, this home is located in a condo complex, and while that offers great proximity to everything Breckenridge has to offer, it can also come with some shared-building noise, especially during busy ski weekends. We appreciate your feedback and appreciate you staying with us.
Property was perfect for our quick getaway. Once we arrived, we decided we wanted to extend our say. A quick email to the property manager and some luck (that the propy wasn't booked), we we're good to go!
The property is as described. It has a washer and dryer, which was a life saver on our trip.

Hi Christopher! Thank you again for staying with Alpine Edge! We'd love to host you again in Breckenridge!
My spouse and I stayed in this condo to be close to some friends staying a little farther up the mountain, and it was such a sweet spot. The tree-filled view out the living room window was perfect to watch while drinking my morning coffee. It was really nice to have free parking for up to 2 vehicles, and it was pretty quiet - though we were staying in the off-season. The bed was comfy, and only when we were leaving did we realize that 2 humidifiers were provided along with plenty extra bedding in the closet. Comfortable, and plenty of seating and space for a small group if needed.
This condo was perfect for what we needed it for. We wanted a place close by to skiing. We loved coming back and pushing a button to have a fire and relaxing in front of the TV. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathroom was nice. Overall, not luxury but very functional and comfortable. The only negative was that we could hear the people in the condo above walking around. It was loud enough that it woke us up a couple of times. Other than that (put on white noise maybe), I would recommend.
My wife and I enjoyed this property overall, but had a few disappointments with the property.
Entry into the property during check in time was easy and the property was near town with trails that made it even easier to get to town on foot. There were also many nearby trails and the price for the rental was very reasonable.
On the downside, there weren't many kitchen utensil’s and the knives were all really dull and difficult to use for cooking. There was no iron which is a pretty standard item to find in any rental today. The towels were like sandpaper and clearly weren't washed with fabric softener which wouldn't have been an issue since there was a washer and dryer in the unit; but the wash/dry cycle took literally 5 hours to fully wash and dry one small load. The cleanliness was probably an 8/10 overall. The place wasn't necessarily dirty, but it wasn't hotel clean.
Overall, the place was a good deal for what you are getting, but some minor improvements could be made for a better experience.

This Condo has great location where the Blg A, B, C, are located right across the street from the access to the 4 O'Clock ski run, which enables you to ski in & out... but surprisingly Bld. A is managed by a separate company. We stayed in Bld C, but I parked in Bld A area, to get the closest to the ski access. But, I was notified in middle od my day on the mountain by VM & text that the Mgmt of Bld A demanded I move my vehicle or be TOWED... Really... There were no signs indicating that we were required to only park in front of the Bld we were staying in, which is ridiculous, since all 3 Blds share the same, very large parking lot. Blg A is closest to the ski access, and apparently you can't park there if you're not staying in Bld A. Also, don't expect to sleep late if someone is occupying the upstairs unit above unit C10, because we could hear EVERY step of the tenants above us, boom, boom, boom, creek, creek, creek... the floors have NO insulation, I felt the people were going to fall through the ceiling any moment of every day/night we were there. Other than those 2 annoying issues, it was OK. I also thought they advertised a jacuzzi, but NO, there is NOT, it may have been a diff condo I was looking at reserving... i well
We had a very comfortable stay here! The unit was very clean and had some welcome basics (toiletries, coffee, cleaning supplies) stocked when we arrived. The bed was insanely comfortable, my husband loved the gas fireplace in the living room, and I loved eating breakfast on the balcony. The location is convenient, it is a short walk to the nearest Breck Free Ride stop to get up to the slopes or down into down.
My only critique, which is no fault of the rental managers, but it is a tad loud when people are coming back through the hallway outside or moving around in the unit upstairs. If you can overlook that very minor inconvenience, it is an overall 5 star experience.
Alpine Edge was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with any utensils or cookware you may need, there were plenty of warm blankets, and the king bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the humidifier! The convenience of a short walk up the hill to access Lower 4’Oclock was great. Although this unit was not walking distance to town, it was only about a 0.5 mile walk to the nearest Free Ride stop on the Black route. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to visit Alpine Edge again.
Condo didn't have frills but it was clean and had a great location. Would definitely recommend!
