It means so much to hear that, after more than 15 years of vacationing on Isle of Palms, you consider this the best home you've stayed in. We're thrilled that the spacious en-suite bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, and convenient location all contributed to such a memorable family vacation. It sounds like the home was the perfect place to gather for meals, games, and quality time together. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and we're honored to have been part of your family's tradition. We can't wait to welcome you back next summer for another wonderful stay!

Matthew, thank you for the lovley review. We try very hard to make sure our homes are spotless and we are so pleased you felt it was! We hope to have you back again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your experience was unsatisfactory. We did refund the spa heat charges, as expected, however, we do not compensate for an add on amenity not working. Thankfully, the pool heat was on and set to 85! We do understand your disappointment and wish we could have prevented it or had it fixed during your stay.

Haley, We are sorry for the inconvenience the 2nd floor AC caused you. We did want to have the programming reset but you did not want us to during your stay, it was fixed the Saturday of your departure. The AC programming did shut off for two hours during the late morning and start back again in the mid-afternoon- again, we are sorry. We would have sent our cleaners to the home if you would have let us know you were unhappy with the cleaning. We do not provide baby equipment, there is a company linked on our website that all vacation rentals companies on the Isle of Palms recommend. Again we are sorry you did not have the experience you were hoping for, East Islands Rentals
