Summer House is fortunate to be located on one of the best stretches of the beach on the Isle of Palms. Each year, the beach appears to grow at Summer House, allowing plenty of room to play tag football in the sand, corn hole, or simply a room to line up one beach chair after another to relax. When the crew wants a change of pace, Summer House offers a fantastic swimming pool, exclusive to the guest visiting the Summer House community. Access to 402 Summer House is easy with an elevator just steps away from the condominium.

The interior of 402 Summer House is comfortable and provides a relaxing atmosphere for your entire family. The newly renovated kitchen, dining area, and living room are open and offer oceanfront views from almost every vantage point. A large flat screen television is featured in the living room. The dining area provides seating for eight. A spacious oceanfront deck provides unbelievable oceanfront views! Each bedroom features a private bath and there are two master suites; each highlighted with a king bed. One suite includes a sleeper sofa as well. One guest room features a queen bed and the other a king. Summer House 402 features both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
