You can either sit in the living room and enjoy the view through the floor to ceiling glass wall or sit on one of your 2, yes 2, private balconies and enjoy the view and the soft gulf breezes! The morning sunrise and evening sunset and moonrise are all seen from the south facing porches.

Very comfortably furnished, 227 offers room for 6 to sleep in 3 queen beds and is fully furnished so all you need to bring are your clothes! We offer a start-up of needed items so you can arrive and relax.

The master bedroom has two queen beds, a large master bath with large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower with shower seat, and the private balcony. The guest room has 1 queen bed and is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom and has its own balcony.

The living room has two new recliners and a sofa and is very cozy. The owners visit a lot so it has more creature comforts than might be found in other condos.

Located only 2 lots away from the Treasure Bay Casino, you can walk there for eating, dining, gaming or sipping and not have to incur a cab fare! There are so many things to do for both families and individuals.

The pretty courtyard has palm trees, a free-form pool, a pretty gazebo, lounging chairs, tables, BBQ grills, and more to help you become the relaxed person a vacation is meant to create. The beach is just a short walk away and the warm white sands will welcome and warm your toes. Or, you can stroll the water's edge or jog on the 26-mile boardwalk.
