Recent comfortable house of 72 m2 including a living room with fitted kitchen area (oven- microwave- dishwasher) living room with sofa and armchair- 1 ground floor bedroom with 2 beds 90x200transformable into 1 bed 180x200-bathroom- washing machine and dryer - separate WC -1 bedroom upstairs with 1 160x200 bed- shower room and WC. Outside, a planted terrace of around 50 m2 with barbecue - garden furniture and deckchairs
