Welcome to Villa Margot, a pretty, quiet independent house, 100 meters from the sea and the coastal path (small sea view from the terrace). Listed beach, national forest of Pierre Attelée, hiking and cycling around the house.

bright house on its closed ground of 400 m2 with gate and possibility of entering a car (free parking at 30 meters).

The house includes a large living room with tv lounge, dining area, fitted kitchen and direct access to the two north and south terraces.
A first bedroom with double bed, dressing room and desk. A second bedroom with double bed and dressing room.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine, coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker, kettle, ...
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The toilets are separate.

Garden furniture, parasol, 4 chairs, barbecue, equipment for shrimp fishing and beach toys available. Baby cot available free of charge on request.

Duration of stay: minimum 5 nights
Duration of stay less than 5 nights: 120 euros per night, with a minimum of two nights, excluding school holidays

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Die 100 m zum Strand sind toll und Sonnenuntergang eingeschlossen. Eine schöne Woche am Atlantik und die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett.

Tolle Lage nahe am Strang

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Größter Pluspunkt war natürlich die Lage: Nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand! Gleichzeitig ist sie ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend; Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Vielen Dank!

Très bonne semaine avec. nos enfants. Gîte très fonctionnel, parfait. Le jardin bien agréable avec ses 2 terrasse et plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Tout est accessible sans voiture (l'océan, la forêt, le sentier des douaniers, la pêche à la crevette, le marché à vélo ...). Ambiance tranquille et familiale. Je recommande ce gîte.

Séjour très agréable et au calme tout près de la mer.

Location très bien située et bien équipée. Le quartier est calme. l'accès au bord de mer est très proche et les ballades en vélo ou à Pied sont très faciles. L'accueil s'est très bien passé, avec une disponibilité des propriétaires.

Rundum zufrieden

Unser Gastgeber Marc hat bereits im Vorfeld unserer Anreise immer unmittelbar auf unsere Anfragen mit kompetenter Auskunft reagiert. Er war bei An- und Abreise super pünktlich und hat in einer sehr freundlichen und unaufgeregten Art alle nötigen Informationen an uns weitergegeben. Das Anwesen war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Meer sowie die Schönheit der Strände hat uns sehr begeistert. Falls unsere Urlaubsplanung wieder den schönen Nordwesten Frankreichs in Betracht zieht, würde ich jederzeit wieder versuchen, dieses Objekt zu mieten. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Augsburg! Maison très bien placée, proche de la plage et de la forêt. L’ensemble est très propre et bien équipé (livres, jeux pour enfants, barbecue, mobilier de jardin…). C'est la 3ème année que nous venons au Village des Dunes où se situe la maison de Marc et Margot. Idéalement située pour un accès en 5 minutes à pieds à la plus belle plage de la région. La maison, de plain pied avec ses deux chambres salle de bain et toilettes, sa cuisine ouverte sur un beau salon. Un grand jardin qui fait le tour de la maison, et une double exposition pour l'ombre et le soleil selon les envies et les heures. Des hôtes aux petits soin pour que tout se passe bien lors de notre séjour. Ideal pour des vacances paisibles!
