We enjoyed staying at this place. The host Eric was very responsive and helpful. The private beach was very nice with a lot of games, toys, boats, kayaks and more. Our toddler enjoyed it. There are a fire pit and grill both on the beach and the cottage. Wood was provided. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. The only thing that would be nice are curtains on the big window front. While it was private, still nice to have the ability the darken the place more.

Eric was accessible and approachable during the sign-up process and the stay itself. He dealt with issues that came up in a timely manner and was clear in his communication throughout. We really enjoyed the access to the lake and the nature trails across the road from the cottage. We spent time doing day trips, relaxing at the cottage and simply enjoying New Hampshire. Thank you for the little touches that you included in the accommodations--welcome coffee, towels for the beach and bath use, kayaks, paddle boats and chairs. Everything is delightful. Thanks again for a relaxing time!

cozy, friendly

spent the weekend there recently. Very reasonably priced... On a well populated but surprisingly quiet lake. Owners live next door and were welcoming and helpful with our needs. They were accommodating.. Allowed us to have a nice fire outside and they supplied the firewood.. Multiple private areas to sit outside. The beautiful deck is shared with the owners but we were generally the only ones on it. Private beach area on the lower left side of property is the place for real privacy and quiet time. The cottage is cute clean with the drawback that the kitchen is small with no oven..Less than a 2 hour drive from Boston also is appealing.

The cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway. Eric had done a great job with adding the little additions that really made it feel like we were welcomed guests there, like the guidebooks and homey-extras. Check-in and out was super easy and the instructions were very easy to follow. The space had literally everything that we wanted - an outdoor grill, fire pit, lake access, activities for both sunny and rainy days, and a great location to come back to at the end of the day to relax. It was the best part of our labor day weekend!

Beautiful spot on Webster Lake, the water was very warm compared to larger lakes this time of year. We will be booking this property again. The owner was terrific as well.

Nice Stay

Property is exactly how it's described. Had a short stay in the fall. Wish we'd had time to enjoy the water.
