Wake up two minutes from Sandy Beach and start your day with a walk on the sand or a paddle out on your own kayaks or SUPs before breakfast. This 3BR villa is one of the rare Bella Sirena homes with a rooftop firepit dining table, private Jacuzzi, and beach gear ready to go. Grab tacos at the pool bar, swim in a pool with sea views, or relax with DirecTV on the 85` screen. It`s a bring-your-friends place, with room for 10, a full kitchen, and a built-in BBQ on the patio.

Bedroom 1: king bed, sliding glass door, 50` Smart TV w/DirecTV, ensuite bath. Bedroom 2: two queen beds, sliding glass door, TV, full bath just outside the door. Bedroom 3: king bed, sliding glass door, TV, ensuite bath. Living area: sectional plus 2 air mattresses and 1 floor mattress (sleeps up to 10 total; extra spots best for kids or flexible adults). Also: 3 full baths, fresh linens/towels, fully stocked kitchen (blender, toaster, Crock-Pot, drip coffee + Keurig), washer/dryer, central A/C, 2-car garage.

Outside: private rooftop patio with bar-height firepit dining table overlooking the sea, built-in BBQ, beach chairs and umbrellas, plus 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs for the water right out front.

Bella Sirena is a gated, guard-secured resort with 5 pools (2 heated), a gym, tennis court, putting green, and lush tropical landscaping on the beach. You`re 2 minutes on foot from Sandy Beach and the SWIM pool bar, and a short drive from the Malecon Boardwalk, Isla San Jorge boat tours, Mermaid`s Market, and dining like Garufa Steakhouse and The Point.

Fast wifi makes remote work easy; pets aren`t permitted. The building is fully electric with no combustion risk, so there are no indoor smoke or CO alarms. Parking includes a private 2-car garage, with nearby overflow parking for larger groups.

Your hosts, Jim and Heidi, love Puerto Peñasco and are just a text away for recs or anything you need during your stay.

Hola Amigos! We are Jim and Heidi Anderson and we are the owners of Villa 11. Jim grew up in Vancouver BC Canada and I (Heidi) grew up in Tulsa Oklahoma. We met on vacation in California and have been married over 23 years. Our son Ashton is 31 and handles much of the management of this property for us. We started our merchant services business together right after we married and have worked together ever since. We now live in Peoria, AZ and spend as much time as possible in Puerto Penasco!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Puerto Penasco a few years ago on a spontaneous trip that left us wanting to stay forever. On a walk down the beach we spotted Bella Sirena and thought it was the most beautiful place in Rocky Point. Thinking that we would like to stay there some day we never imagined we would be fortunate enough to actually own a property there. We bought our first condo last summer and the more we stayed there the more we fell in love with Bella Sirena. We heard that this villa was coming up for sale and jumped on the opportunity to have a 3 bedroom luxury home in paradise!

Bella Sirena is a special place. We call it mi querencia. We looked at other properties and, while they are nice, Bella Sirena feels like a beautiful home. The grounds are lush and so well maintained. The condos and villas are built with luxury and quality in mind. The pools are kept sparkling clean and there are 5 so one can pick the one that best suits their mood for the time.

Bella Sirena is very secure with guard gated entrance and guards at the beach entrance. They are kind to guests but firmly keep out anyone who is not supposed to be there. We always feel safe.
