Unit#6-104 is a well-maintained 2BR/2BA ground floor unit in a 15-acre, gated oceanfront complex at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. It's also an end corner unit with a large, wrap-around, ENCLOSED SCREENED IN lanai — perfect for enjoying a morning cup of Kona coffee or an evening Mai Tai.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Located just below the Keauhou Shopping Center and around the corner from Keauhou Bay, you'll be close to lots of great shopping, dining, banking, movie theater, water sports, fishing, snorkeling, golfing and more!

Relaxing in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The unit supplied us with lots of beach accessories, which really came in handy. We spent many hours relaxing on the lanai. The lanai as well as the unit adequately accommodated our family of eight. We would definitely book here again.

Very nice... loved the fact that it has 2 ensuites with the 2 bedrooms! The screened in porch was great for mornings and evenings! As a note, the screened in porch screen door out to grass area doesn't lock properly. We really enjoyed the property!

Be aware of extra charges

The condo was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Was disappointed to find a 1500 dollar charge on our credit card with no explanation or receipt. When we questioned VRBO , they stated it was for AC. They stated we asked for this on the booking site. We have no recollection of this. I would rather know our total cost up front so would rather the AC be added into the cost per night at the beginning. Otherwise our trip was excellent.

Wonderful condo in Paradise!

This rental property lives up to it’s description. It’s located in a lovely resort with a pool and tennis courts. The condo is very private with a large outdoor screened in area, with comfy outdoor furniture and dining set. The unit was nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms and showers were very nice. The condo is close to the grocery store and a ten minute drive to downtown Kona. We would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The kitchen is very well stocked and surprised us with the spices and seasonings available along with all the cookware and dishes. We were also so pleased to see all the beach chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment. This is not listed in the property description but should be as we wouldn’t have packed our own beach towels. The screened in lanai is so nice and the condo has a very nice secluded feel to it. Upon arrival, we did notice that there were a few things that were broken. The property managers had reached out to us to see how everything was and we reported the broken items They were very attentive and offered to have someone come out to fix. We declined as it wasn’t Imperative . Property grounds are immaculate as well. We had a family reunion and had rented out several other condos in this complex. I feel that ours was the best stocked as far as kitchen and amenities. Highly recommend
