**AC! NEW LUXURY VINYL PLANK FLOORING INSTALLED IN BEDROOMS AND STAIRS WITH FRESH PAINT**

This is a gorgeous ocean front townhouse corner unit. Being an end unit with additional side windows allows for additional light in the unit, and because it is located at the end of the building, you do not get additional foot traffic.

Split AC units have been added to each bedroom and living room. Fully equipped with free WIFI, a King bed and 2 twins, this unit also offers a sofa sleeper, ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as living room. Window A/C also located in the living area! Not a common amenity at this complex!

The pool is just steps away from the townhome with BBQ area nearby. Walking distance to Kahaluu Beach Park which offers excellent snorkeling, and to the Keauhou Shopping Center. This unit is professionally managed by a property management company who has been doing business since 1979! We're available virtually 24/7 to assist you with any problems that may arise. We can also assist you in finding any activities you wish to do while on island.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this condo. We sat on the lanai every chance we got. The sound of the waves and the view of the ocean was incredible. There were enough beach chairs for all of us as well as a cooler that we used when we we would go to beach. There is also snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc. for you to use. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Brita pitcher for our water. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great in the bedrooms. The only tiny negative was the seating in the living room - couch was comfy but the other two chairs were not - hard for the 4 of us to hang about and visit inside. But again, we were out playing so much that it didn’t really matter. I would book this place again without any hesitation!

Great location to get around island. Very quiet, and peaceful area. A C worked great, comfortable beds, enjoyed hearing ocean at night, communication with property manager was fast and easy. The stairs going to the bedrooms are a little difficult if you have mobility issues.

Air conditioning worked great, very comfortable temperature for relaxing after being in the heat all day and sleeping at night. Property management company was very responsive. Kitchen was well equipped with multiple small appliances. Grounds of complex were beautifully maintained and very attractive. Laundry shed was a great added bonus.

Amazing Location

Truly a wonderful stay in Hawaii. This place is all about the location! Beautiful sunsets every day. The grounds are gorgeous. The condo was very clean. Could use some updating and the twin beds are fine for kids, but not great for adults due to old box springs. The price was great for this amazing location.

The location of the unit is wonderful. The management folks were responsive and a pleasure to work with. The unit is dated and in need of some attention, but it was comfortable and well stocked. It has AC, but we never needed it.

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with this statement. The townhome was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, and there was no mold present in the unit. Any discoloration visible in photos or on surfaces is not mold and has been previously evaluated and addressed as a non-mold condition. We take cleanliness and health concerns very seriously and would not allow a guest to stay in a property with mold or unsanitary conditions. Had any legitimate issue been reported during the stay, our team would have addressed it immediately. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests.

The location is good, and it was easy to check in. We didn't have any problem with the AC upstairs, so it was comfortable despite the hot weather. But the interior is quite dated and felt a bit grimy. The sinks and other parts of the house had hard water stains and rust in places. The kitchen was somewhat run down, as well. None of these were big problems, but I'd probably look for a different place if we come back to the area.

Kitchen and bathrooms were clean as were the linens but the condo needs a deep cleaning, i.e., top of fridge, under beds and inside drawers and cupboards. Some dishes are chipped and many kitchen cabinet doors don't close properly. Host was excellent. The location, the grounds and buildings, and the pool were all excellent. Blake Kessner was always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was easy. We would choose this property in the future and recommend it to friends.
