Lovely Castle Stay

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this spot to anyone who loves the country life. It was peaceful and quiet. The accommodation were perfect.

The loveliest place

This is an absolutely beautiful little cottage on a forested hill away from the bustle and overlooking a charming green valley. Very clean and quiet. We loved it. Great place to stay if visiting Giverny and Basse Normandie.

Fairytale lodging

Our host Elisabeth was most gracious as we arrived in the dark of night and she could not have made our accomodations more warm and welcoming. This home is a gem, and having this as a home base in Normandy was a wonderful experience. I can imagine that stayingwould make i a 6-star+

Very beautiful place to stay and loved the tower & surroundings. A little hard to find but host on site. Honey, vinegar, calvados & wine available on site. I would have liked to have stayed longer and possibly return. 20 minutes from Monets Garden but a car would be needed.

Het huis is ongeschikt voor oudere en/of wat minder vlot ter been zijnden. De torenkamer is voor hen nagenoeg onbereikbaar door een lastige trap en het ontbreken van een trapleuning bij het moelijkste stuk. Houdt er ook rekening mee dat er onaangekondigd mensen de tuin in komen, die was komen halen en brengen.

Gastvrouw zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij: de haard brandde toen we aankwamen, dat was prettig verwelkomend.De lokatie is heel prettig, doodstil en als je wilt in ca. 15 min bij de supermarkten en de gezellige drukte van Vernon. De keuken is een uitdaging, geen afzetgebied en daarmee lastig om in te werken.

Wunderbar ruhiges Ferienhaus in spannender Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, vor allem mit der kleinen Terrasse über dem parkähnlichen Garten. Die Umgebung hat unzählige interessante Ziele anzubieten. Die Betten sind sehr gut, Badezimmer und Küche fanden wir etwas zu klein, aber für eine Woche Urlaub ging es. Wir planen, nochmals hier Urlaub zu machen.
