Great holiday!

We had a great week here in La Cotiniere, at this property. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, within easy walking distance of the town itself. Good outdoor space as well. Note that no linen or towels are provided, you will need to bring your own. Pictures on site don’t do the property full justice. Thank you!

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir schon von unseren Vermietern erwartet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Übergabe war ganz unkompliziert. Das Haus mit der großen überdachten Terrasse ist traumhaft schön und ist perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es gibt im näheren Umkreis traumhafte Strände.Wir waren zum vierten Mal auf der Insel und werden definitiv wiederkommen!!

J’ai souvent dit que je relouerais une maison en partant… je ne l’avais jamais fait avant celle-ci. On est revenu 9 ans après et on a, à nouveau, passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison très spacieuse, au calme et pourtant toute proche du centre de la Cotiniere et des plages. Jamais deux sans trois . On reviendra !

Maison très grande et au calme

Séjour en famille avec 3 grands enfants. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sous la pergola. Possibilité de rentrer la voiture. La maison est très pratique, calme et spacieuse, proche du port de la Cotinière et 10 min à vélo de belles plages.

Une location qui répond bien aux besoins...

Cette location, propre, bien équipée, bien conçue,bien placée, au calme mais à deux minutes en vélo de l'activité du port, des poissonneries , boulangeries et autres commerces, permet de rejoindre rapidement les pistes cyclables et de découvrir Oléron au nord ou au sud. Excellent sejour

La maison est bien placée , à 5min à pied de la cotiniere et de ses commerces, 10/15min en vélo de la belle plage de la perroche, 15/20min en vélo de st Pierre. TB équipée. Rien ne manque ! Accueil attentif et chaleureux de ses propriétaires , nous recommandons vivement !

Séjour parfait en tout point !

Très belle maison parfaitement située (centre ville et plage). Elle est très bien organisée, équipée et très propre. Les propriétaires nous ont par ailleurs réservé un parfait accueil !

A refaire, sans aucune hésitation!

Tout était parfait ! Les Propriétaires sont charmants, à l'écoute, disponibles et extrêmement sympathiques et il n'y a absolument rien à redire sur la maison qui est d'une propreté remarquable, très bien équipée, située près des commerces et de la plage et avec un calme très reposant. Tout était conforme à l'annonce, et même encore mieux!!! Merci!!!
