About this property

Luxury apartment downtown Reykjavik with stunning view over the city.

This apartment is one of a kind ! Like the pictures show the view from the apartment is spectacular !!

It's located right downtown in Reykjavik center, in the neighbourhood called "Skuggi" / "Skuggahverfi", in front of the building you have the famous sculpture "Sólfarið" and walking path along the sea side down to the Harpa Concert hall and harbour area. The main street Laugavegur is just two blocks up with all the restaurants, bars and shops. You can't beat this location.
From the apartment you have good view of the Volcanic Eruption in Geldingadalir!

The apartment is 135 square meters. From the living room you have spectacular view over the ocean and the mountain range you see from Reykjavik. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We have two bedrooms, Master bedroom has King Size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, that can also be put together as King Size bed. We also have very nice sleeping sofa in the TV room, from the TV room you have balcony with incredible view over the Reykjavik city, church Hallgrimskirkja etc. We have two bathrooms, the master bathroom has nice shower and bathtub. The second bathroom has toilet.

You can park your car outside in front of the building.

Strong Wifi is included and we have 65" TV with TV stations including sport stations.

We can arrange airport pickup and help you set up tours if you like.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.

Long term renting is also available.

Outstanding stay

Probably the best property we’ve stayed at anywhere in Europe. Location convenient to everywhere downtown. View of Reykjavik harbor spectacular. Quiet. No party building. Nice touches like coffee, sugar, Nespresso maker. Dish soap, laundry detergent on site. Property manager always available for questions. Would stay again.

The perfect place to stay in Reykjavik. The apartment is great; very comfortable, lots of space, well appointed, very high-end and well stocked kitchen. The views are unbeatable - almost a 360 view of the city and surroundings. The location can't be beat - easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, harbor path, you name it. And parking is right out from the building. We would definitely stay here again.

Best location in Reykjavik

Having stayed all over Iceland, this was easily the best place we've stayed at, and would be our first choice for any future visits. The location is close enough to walk to all the major destinations in Reykjavik, but is also far enough away to be a nice private retreat when necessary. The views are stunning, and the unit itself is spacious enough for an entire family to all have their own space. Absolutely a brilliant place, and well worth the price.

Great ocean view appartment

This was a great fit for our week long stay in Iceland and the apartment has great views of both the ocean and the city with a unique balcony towards the city than can either be closed or open. Good location near downtown hub and the old harbor. Good kitchen and 1 + 1/2 bath was useful as well.

This is a beautiful, large apartment in a modern building in a very nice section of Reykjavik, walking distance to all of downtown and close to bus stops. The apartment has amazing views in both directions - towards the city and over the water. The apartment is clean, comfortable and set up with everything that you would need. Manager responsiveness was great in case any question should come up.

We stayed 5 nights at this property with 5 people, 2 of them small children. The property was absolutely wonderful. The views of the city and the water were unbelievable and I feel as though this was even undersold on the images of the property. The property was expensive, but worth every penny. The beds were comfortable and there are nice blackout curtains. The location was just about perfect, allowing easy car access to the main roads for travel and sightseeing while being within an easy walk of everything downtown can offer. My only complaint about the amenities was that the silverware did not include a wine opener/cork remover (unless we just couldn't find it), so we had to purchase one downtown. Everything else was provided. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Reykjavik. My family did not want to leave the condo at the end of our stay.

Superb location and an exquisite apartment

The location of this exquisite apartment was superb. It was a rare find to rent an apartment high on the 15th floor, especially one overlooking spectacular views of the water and the Sun Voyager sculpture. Short walking distance to the city center, Hallgrimskirkja Church, Sundhöll Reykjavíkur pool, Harpa Concert hall, Bufa, Laugavegur shopping street and more. The apartment was stylish and spacious. The enclosed back porch sitting area has breathtaking views of the city and Hallgrimskirkja Church. The apartment has two bedrooms, 1 and a ½ baths, updated fully supplied kitchen, kitchen table for 8, two sitting areas with TVs and two stylish chairs to sit and gaze at the water view. The check-in was seamless. We would highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone in visiting Reykjavik.

It was really amazing!!!

The apartment was very clan! The view over the city and the sea is really wonderful! The location is great, just nearby the towncenter. I would surely recommand this property to my friends. It’s very nice to spend time in Iceland. We have visited reykjane’s peninsula, Blue Lagoon, Snæfellsnes’s peninsula, Vestmann’s Islands, golden circle! So many wonderful memories...
