Charming wooden house

This charming house framework wood will welcome you for a peaceful stay in the countryside between Guidel and Quimperlé. It is ideally located in a quiet village, with pretty wooden terrace, 800 m2 of land.
Possibility to provide milk, vegetables and eggs in the village.
There are beautiful walks in the countryside to do close to home.

Ground floor, large living room with kitchen and living room. Laundry. WC.
Upstairs, large room of 25 m2 with a double bed and a sofa bed. Bathroom with power shower.

To visit nearby: the town of Quimperlé (4 kms) with its rich civil and religious heritage, its many shops, sports (swimming, canoeing, kayaking etc ..), his weekly Friday market, its free musical entertainment every Wednesdays in July and August.
The area is heavily wooded, located 7 kms from Guidel, 10 kms from the beaches, located between Carnac and Concarneau.
Nearby sites: PONT AVEN (the road of Painters), CONCARNEAU (the closed city, Blue Nets Festival).
A short drive from several small ports Doëlan (location filming Doc Martin) The Belon, Brigneau, Merrien. See the beautiful beaches of Kerfany Les Pins, Pouldu Beach ... 10 minutes from Lorient, renowned for its Festival Interceltique, 30 minutes from Quimper (Festival of Cornwall).

Charmant chalet au calme, très bien équipé et spacieux. Julien nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a bien conseillés sur la région. Nous n’avons qu’un seul regret: ne pas être restés une semaine de plus ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Goed gezellig, prijs kwaliteit kan beter. Te duur voor wat je krijgt vanwege teveel kleine mankementjes (stopcontacten die niet werken, te weinig licht, teveel lichtschakelaars die geen functie hebben). Was het goed? Ja, kan het beter voor die prijs, Ja. Mankementen wegwerken.

Gemütliches Häuschen im Grünen in Küstennähe

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem gut eingerichteten Holzhaus verbracht. Es liegt in einer kleinen Ansammlung von Häusern unweit der Küste. In 15 Minuten sind verschiedene tolle Strände und Orte mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Autobahn ist nicht weit weg, so kann die Region bestens mit dem Auto erkundet werden. Julien und Rose haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und waren stets erreichbar für Fragen und Tipps! Der Vermieter war über das Portal gut erreichbar und antwortete sehr schnell. Herzlichen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Bel endroit.

Conforme au descriptif, l'endroit est très agréable, beaucoup de lumière,on est bien au milieu de la verdure,gîte très confortable et lumineux,il fait chaud dans la chambre à l'étage.Julien qui nous a reçu est fort sympathique et nous a bien renseigné.Nous avons passe un très bon séjour.Je recommande pour qui veut du calme.

Un séjour au calme dans un environnement propice à la détente.

Une belle maison, fonctionnelle et très propre, située dans un magnifique cadre de verdure. Sa situation géographique permet un accès rapide à toutes les commodités et activités de vacances. Quant à l'hôte, Jean-Michel, nous avons apprécié sa réactivité et la rapidité de ses réponses lorsque nous souhaitions un renseignement. En somme, de belles vacances dans une belle région.

Très bon accueil de la part de Julien, excellent conseil pour le restaurant au port du Pouldu ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir faire un séjour (plus long) dans cette adorable petite maison située très au calme.

La maison paisible

Meublée avec goût (le nôtre en tout cas :-), sobrement et justement. Un lieu idéal pour découvrir le Finistère sud, même en février ! Merci à Julien pour son accueil très chaleureux. Une très bonne adresse.

Quiétude et tranquillité

Merci à Julien pour excellent accueil, toujours très agréable pour commencer ces vacances. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos, et on s'y sent bien. Pour visiter le Finistère Sud, le logement est idéalement placé. Un séjour qui nous a fait du bien, et je recommande les yeux fermés.

Super séjour

Nous avons été accueillis par Julien, représentant du propriétaire pour l'occasion. Très bon contact. Bon rapport qualité prix. La maison est très claire, vu les nombreuses baies vitrées. Le lit est confortable. Il y a beaucoup de belles balades à faire dans le coin. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour. Ce lieu correspondait exactement à nos attentes de tranquillité et de confort. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir du beau temps et de pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur. La situation du gîte nous a permis d’explorer de nombreux bords de mer et autres. Enfin nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil très agréable! Nous recommandons ce lieu de vacances !

Super maison et très calme

La maison est magnifique comme sur les photos, très claire, très spacieuse pour 2 et très calme. Le jardin est magnifique et du salon ou de la chambre on y est immergé grâce aux très grandes fenêtres On ne peut que conseiller d’y aller ! Très bon accueil par Julien qui habite à côté , ce qui peut être utile en cas de besoin ( aucun souci pour nous a signaler, tout était opérationnel). C’est bien situé aussi pour rayonner dans la région.

Un petit coin de paradis

Pour une première location tout c est bien passé la maison ressemblait bien aux photos toutes les infos reçues en temps et en heure Julien qui nous a accueilli charmant ! Une bouteille de cidre nous attendait dans le frigo ! Alors ne faite pas comme nous surtout écoutez bien le GPS autrement on tourne et retournée en dernier il faut aller à la petite crêperie derrière la mairie de redene super bon pas loin et les patrons énormément gentils

joli chalet

Très bon séjour dans un chalet propre et bien équipé. L'endroit est très ombragé pour un repos paisible sous les beaux arbres. A recommander sans problème.
