From balcony watch people on grandfather mountain walking across mile high swinging bridge.
Only resort with indoor pool / you dont have to leave the building to get to the pool.
Watch skiers on slopes while swimming in pool or sitting in jacuzzi If you arrive in winter there is the possibility of snow on occasion on the roads 99% of the time not but there’s a chance so we recommend four-wheel-drive/chains during the winter. You won't be allowed up the mountain without them during a storm.

Bill was good! We did not care for the parking/shuttle but all in all was a very nice place. The view was amazing and the condo was very accommodating. The staff was helpful just very busy with the shuttling of guess.

Place was great. Very clean and layout was nice. Nothing bad about the place, but one highlight of this place was that it was advertised as ski in ski out. This is false. Not from area so I took the property at its word. If you’re looking for ski in ski out access, this is not it

We enjoyed having you and hope to have you back next year. I’m not sure where the impression of ski in ski out was given as I do not state this anywhere in my listing. I do however when people inquire describe how I walk a few hundred yards over to the slopes from our guard house which is a blue slope. I also explain the village of Sugar Mtn picks people up at our guard house free in a bus during peak times/ see schedule on line and carry’s them to the ski resort which is 5 minutes or so down the hill. This comes in very handy if you are a beginner or prefer not to drive to the ski resort.

The mountain view was gorgeous. Great shuttle service from 7 am to 11 pm. Awesome communication with renter. Easy access to the ski slopes. The condo was organized and prepared very nicely. A little dusty but very homie. overall great experience and great renter communication. Would rent again here!

Beautiful location

The only negative I have is that there is no air conditioning. It just so happened we were there when it was quite warm by mountain standards. Even with all the windows open and fans on, we were unable to get the place cooled down.We will definitely stay here again, but in the cooler months

This was an amazing last minute getaway that we booked. Check-in process was easy, shuttle was convenient. My son loved the indoor pool area. My only suggestion to the owner would be is look into getting more comfy/sturdy patio furniture. Other than that everything was great!

Ski trip

Overall we had a great time at this property. It fit 3 adults comfortably. The only thing was that the kitchen did not have basics like paper towels, napkins, or salt/pepper, the knives were also very dull. If you’re planning to cook here you may have to come more prepared.
