Come enjoy this beautifully remodeled waterfront pool home in the heart of Bonita Springs. Every room in this home has been remodeled. Come and watch beautiful sunsets from the best beaches in FL.

4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with private bathrooms. New, king size beds in the master suites and new queen beds in the others. All beds are pillow tops and super comfortable. Each room also has it's own ceiling fan and closet built-ins.

The kitchen is brand new throughout - appliances, counters, dishes, etc. You can also grill your dinner outside on a new gas BBQ.

This home is right on the water and our dock is perfect for fishing, sun tanning or launching kayaks or paddle boards. We have 2 double kayaks and a paddleboard available for use.

The location is a short walk or bike ride to grocery stores, restaurants, and weekend farmer's markets. Coconut Point Mall is a close drive and so are many other stores. Only a short drive or bike ride to the best beaches in Florida. Several shopping malls are all within a short drive from our home.

Golf vacation to Bonita Springs

A covid-delayed golf vacation to the Bonita Springs/ Naples area which has been well known to me for 30+ years and over that period a regular visitor. The property was chosen due to its close proximity to everything, and provided a convenient base for the trip with space for everyone.

Lovely stay, lovely house, lovely location.

This is a really nice house in a great location right on one of the canals on the Imperial River. All the best beaches are within easy driving distance and there is a Fresh Market and Publix literally walking distance from the house. In addition there are numerous restaurants close by. Despite being very convenient for the US41, the house is really quiet and peaceful. The river is superb for kayaking and watching wildlife. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and modern and we had no issues at all during our stay. The owner Dana was very easy to communicate with - and very helpful with us having to reschedule our trip a couple of times due to the pandemic. Highly recommended!

Wonderful family property in a great location!

The experience from start to finish was fabulous for our 10 night stay in July at this lovely home. Dana and Jeff’s ‘happy place’ really became ours for our family holiday. From the timely communication and information beforehand which helped us arrive fully prepared, to the property itself which had everything you could need, this was the perfect place to wind down after our hectic few days in New York. We particularly loved the kayaks, the bikes and all the beach gear which helped our visits to the nearby beaches be really comfortable. A superb addition to all the other property facilities you expect. The location itself was so handy with stores and restaurants nearby - Publix was a 10 minute walk away; Starbucks and a lovely Italian restaurant (DeRomos) was a 15 minute walk away. Beaches are as close as a 10 minute drive; you can be parked up in the heart of Naples in 25 minutes and great shopping mall (Coconut Point) is only a 10 minute drive away. We spent a seriously long time researching loads of villas - you want your family holiday to be as perfect as possible, right?! Well, this property and its owners delivered so brilliantly. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic waterfront home

This is by far the best house we have rented, forget all the niceties that the house offer, beautiful decor, spacious living and a great pool, the real showstopper was the location on the waters edge. We are truly upset to have left this behind and look forward to a return visit in the near future.

Great Family Get Away

Thank you to Dana and Jeff for hosting our family. What a great vacation for all of our family members. The home was very clean and spacious. Four bedrooms, all separated from each other for privacy. The kitchen and living room area was very nice and updated. The pool area and lanai absolutely amazing. We had morning coffee relaxing seeing the pool and canal everyday. This is a great home for any family. Bonita Springs / Naples area has so many restaurants to experience. So many things to do. Golfing, the beach, boat rides, kayaking, fishing, airboat, hiking, walking, cycling and of course relaxing. This home made us feel relaxed, and was a home away from home. We will definitely come back. Thank You.

Why they chose this property

We have been traveling to Bonita Springs, FL for many years and we wanted to buy a property in this particular neighborhood. It is safe and very close to everything (the beach, restaurants, shops, malls). Our top requirements were to be on the water, have a private swimming pool and we wanted to be very close to the beach. Whenever we're at Our Happy Place, we always watch the sunset from the beach - it is the highlight of the day!! To us, this is one of the best places in the world that we've traveled and/or lived.

What makes this property unique

When you drive into our neighborhood, you will see an amazing palm tree lined street with beautifully maintained homes and gardens. Everyone is very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
