We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!The house was everything it promised and more. It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and towels available. There was even a cooler that came in very handy for taking drinks to the beach.The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and residential. We barely noticed the neighbors and felt very relaxed throughout our stay. The property is also just a 5-minute drive from a lovely beach named Barefoot beach that is small, peaceful, and not overcrowdedThe outdoor area was one of our favorite parts. The terrace was spacious and comfortable, the pool was immaculate, and the backyard was lovely. The hostess was wonderful, very kind, and always available. She stayed in touch throughout our stay and responded quickly whenever we had questions.We truly had a wonderful time. This home exceeded our expectations in every way and is 100% recommended. We are already looking forward to coming back!

We loved this rental. We stayed here for six nights and it was perfect. The pool was great and you can’t beat the location. Short drive to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and check in was very easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Pointe Cottage. A lovely private yard with heated pool and comfortable cottage with all you need only a short drive from the beach makes this a good rental option. Hats off to Marion, who is a fine host.

We loved our stay at this cottage. Great location and maybe the best location feature is it's seven houses from the most amazing ice cream haven you can imagine, just a short walk away. Very easy to get to and from the beach and other important places. Thoughtful umbrellas and outdoor lounges that you can maneuver to expose or hide from the sun. Loved it!

Staying at one of Marion’s properties is always an enjoyable experience. The property is clean (I am phobic about cleanliness) and if there is ever a need or question, there is a quick response. We have rented from her three times in the past and have never been disappointed.

We had a wonderful girls trip. The host was amazing leading up to the trip and attentive to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is decorated amazing and little touches made it feel very welcoming! Would highly recommend this property and host!
