Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom WaterColor home accommodates up to 10 guests and is only a 2-minute stroll from WaterColor Beach Club and beach access! Enjoy relaxed days lying on the beach, taking advantage of the numerous community pools, footpaths, and tennis courts, or exploring the nearby Emerald Coast neighborhoods.
Soothing natural hues, tongue-and-groove walls, and warm hardwood floors come together for a harmonious, cottage-style interior in the great room on this home’s main level. In the living area, sink back into the deep couches and plush armchairs surrounding a TV and DVD player for a relaxing night with friends and family. To the side is a wood table with 6 chairs beneath a Capiz shell chandelier. Culinary-inspired guests will love the high-end appliances and ample counter space in the L-shaped kitchen, complete with a 4-stool breakfast bar and wine cooler. *Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
