As soon as you brought your concerns to our attention, we immediately sent our housekeeping team back to the home to address the cleaning deficiencies. We also followed up with our housekeeping partner, as the condition you described is not acceptable and does not reflect the standards Dune Vacation Rentals expects. During your stay, we also offered to personally walk through the home with you to discuss your concerns and identify any additional items that needed attention. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find a time that worked before your departure, but we appreciated the opportunity to communicate with you and begin addressing the items you brought to our attention. We were also glad we could provide compensation for the inconvenience. We also wanted to share that the homeowner has already committed to making a significant investment in the home by replacing all of the exterior doors.
