The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn ac to 78 in hot weather and 58 in cold weather, leave wet towels on top of dryer. Put trash bags in bins by side of garage, don't use recycle bin for regular trash.
Lock front and back doors, do not lock garage door to house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not allow pets on furniture, do not bathe inside, clean up after you pet both inside and out; do not leave food out that attract bugs.
Empty refrigerator of all leftovers, unopen or packaged items that are reusable are ok to leave (eggs, milk, creamers, condiments, jellies, etc)
Empty trash cans inside, bags provided to put in new, put trash bins out on Thursdays; trash bins, don't put regular trash in recyclables.

Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms was very nice. Garage and laundry on site were a plus. Streets getting to the house were chaotic but Ashbury was much quieter. Would stay here again!

Everything available to use in the kitchen. I was able to cook chicken and boil rice for my doggie. All restroom had hand soap which was nice, I didn’t have to use my own stuff. Location was close to central downtown and very close to major highways.

Perfect family stay

My adult kids and I had a GREAT Thanksgiving here, thanks to this well-appointed, attractive, and convenient place. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a traditional feast, and the comfortable living area allowed for lounging and togetherness. Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, but the house is older and there weren’t as many of the add ons that you come to expect in VRBOs like toiletries. The neighborhood was also noisy and crowded at night.

Thank you Tara, I used to provide toiletries but discovered many people prefer to bring their own or are sensitive to certain products. The neighborhood does get crowded during holidays; a lot of the owners are older grandparents so family comes to visit weekends, especially holiday weekends. I've been there late at night many times and it was quiet but never on a holiday weekend.

This home was built with detail and it show it. The house has high windows that let in lots of filtered light. The fireplace is open to the living room and master bedroom and the high ceilings make the home even more spacious. The deco walls are built for additional decor and the accent walls give it an ultra modern look.
