We are minutes away from Fort Worth attractions including the FW Stock Show & Rodeo, downtown, TCU, the FW Zoo, Colonial Country Club, NAS-JRB/Lockheed-Martin, Cowboys, Rangers, Stars and Mavericks, Six Flags, Cultural District, three lakes, and more.

We had an amazing stay. The house nice, clean, and fully stocked for all our needs. Communication was excellent and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had zero complaints and that is a rare find when staying at other VRBOs. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Ft. Worth!

Such a cute cottage! Loved how clean and well stocked the home was. More than enough room for everyone. The backyard fire pit was a big plus. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Will absolutely book again!

The owner of the VRBO is directly behind the property. The owner shows up consistently unannounced. I was asked to check out 1/2 hour early. The bed in the spare bedroom is broken and has clearly been repaired several times it's obvious when we lifted the mattress..my guests had to sleep on the floor....would not recommend.

I will address each claim... Why is where we reside a complaint? It means we are available and can quickly respond to any reported issues. My wife went to the backyard through a pass-thru gate to grab a plant that was gifted to us by a previous guest, which needed watering. She went into the backyard ONE TIME, not consistently. We also enjoy meeting our guests. We would never, ever go into the home when we have guests. Being asked to check out early is false. Our check out time is 11:00am as stated in the listing. If we don't have a same day check-in, we are always open to extending the checkout time. We have never asked a guest to checkout early. We did have a same day check-in that day. We simply asked our guest to let us know if their travel plans had them checking out earlier than 11:00am. We never asked them to depart before 11:00am. We often have guests who leave early to catch a flight; and, on the front end we like to know an approximate check-in time to know if lighting is needed. So we do ask guests what time they are checking in and out. We had never had a complaint about a bed being broken until this guest brought it up. There were no previous repairs done by us. I can only draw the conclusion that the bed was damaged during their stay since we have had well over 250 guests and this has never been mentioned previously. I would please ask any guests reading this review to look at all of our reviews. This guest is the only negative review we have received.

Perfect for us!

Great comfy home close to TCU

What a comfy home so close to campus and downtown Ft Worth! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was top notch and the check in/check out process was seamless. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Ft Worth!

The home is very spacious, airy and well lit. The beds and furniture were comfortable with throw blankets all over to make it cozier. The hosts ensured there was calming music playing when we arrived and that the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. We had a minor issue with the microwave and Gary immediately came over and fixed the problem. Super nice guy - helpful. I loved our time in this home. The back yard was lovely.

Wedding Travels

Very very clean and comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the host was appropriately communicative. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room with some to spare. The laundry supplies were a HUGE help. We were here for an extended wedding stay and being able to wash our travel clothes and iron our dress clothes was perfect. We were close to fun attractions to enjoy our downtime. If we are in TX again we will return!
