Just a short drive away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, this beachfront villa is perfectly located near the heart of all the action yet secluded and quiet enough to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a private beach vacation. There is ample parking for up to 4-6 cars. Due to its unique South Beach Art Deco architectural design, this house will always remain a memorable place to vacation with your family or friends. -The main floor offers a spacious and open floor plan beautifully decorated with a dining room, living room with TV, and a tasteful vintage kitchen. The kitchen has state of the art Miele appliances, wine fridge, and is fully equipped to make guests feel at home. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a powder room. -The second floor has two bedrooms (one being the master bedroom) and an open-air pavilion overlooking the backyard tropical garden for a quiet and intimate space. The master bedroom has picturesque views of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows and crisp clean décor. The home is equipped with Wifi, Cable and HD channels for guests' convenience.


Pets: Please note that the only pets allowed on the Property are dogs. Any pet permitted on the Property must be authorized in writing prior to check-in by Owner/Manager along with payment made for one time pet cleaning fee per permitted pet. Guest hereby agrees and confirms that any authorized pet is not in whole or in part of the following breeds and/or categories: Akita; Alaskan Malamute; American Staffordshire Terrier; American Pit Bull Terrier; Stafford Bull Terrier; American Bulldog; American Bullie, and/or anything commonly known as Pit Bulls; Cane Corso; Chow Chow; Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd; Great Dane; Mastiff; Presa Canario; Rottweiler; Siberian Huskie; attack dog or guard dog; fighting dog; or dog bred for fighting; dog with a history of injuring other dogs or people. Pet cleaning fee collected before check-in by Owner/Manager only covers basic cleaning of the house along with cleaning service within the normal course of cleaning before check-in and after check-out. For any additional damage or substantial and/or unreasonable cleaning required due to permitted pet(s) on the property, Guest will remain responsible under Section 6 of the Agreement to be signed by Guest. Any unauthorized stay of a pet of a Guest shall result in forfeiture of Guest’s security deposit and any additional cleaning fees needed to clean the Property after check-out.
